Someone at work made this and brought it in. Here is the recipe. Better than SexIngredients: 1 box chocolate cake mix (I used German Chocolate) 1 can of sweetened condensed milk 1 jar of Mrs. Richardson’s butterscotch/caramel ice cream topping Cool Whip Candy – broken into pieces (I used Heath Bars) To make: Bake cake according to directions. When cake comes out of oven, let it cool slightly but not all the way. Poke holes in the cake using a fork. Mix together the sweetened condensed milk and the jar of butterscotch/caramel and pour it over the entire cake. It will take a couple of hours to soak in. When ready to serve, spread cool whip over the top and sprinkle the candy over the top. Enjoy!! West Coast peeps- You can purchase Mrs. Richardson’s ice cream topping at Safeway. As you can see- no one liked it. I was able to get a pic of the remaining pieces. Someone brought this cake into work and I am pretty sure it was gone in less than an hour. I made sure to just take a small piece, but it was good. Not better than sex, but it was good

Years ago a volunteer at the clinic I worked at brought this in for a potluck. Everyone raved about it and I begged her for the recipe for it. She put a simple frosting on it, but I prefer it without any frosting at all. This would be great for breakfast or even for a dessert. Coffee Bundt Cake 1 yellow cake mix 1 3.4 oz vanilla instant pudding 3/4 cup water 3/4 cup vegetable oil 1 tsp vanilla 4 eggs Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix all together, mixing one egg at a time. Beat 6 minutes on med-high speed. Butter bundt pan well and sprinkle 1/4 cup chopped walnuts in bottom of pan. Mix separately 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon. Pour in layers of batter, then sprinkle 2 TBSP of mixture and alternate. Sprinkle what's left on top. Bake for one hour. Let stand for 10 minutes (no longer) and dump onto serving plate. Enjoy

Here is my hokkien noodle dish:
150 gr noodles per person 100 gr finely sliced beef pp Onion, sliced 1/2 pp Green onions (1 pp) sliced diagonally in inch sections I bell pepper pp (diff colors are nice) 1 small red chilli, sliced finely, pp Hoisin sauce, 1 1/2 tbs pp ( a ketchup/oyster sauce mix can be substituted) Crushed Ginger, garlic to taste. A little Szechuan pepper.
Marinate meat in garlic/ginger/hoisin if possible for at least 1 hr.
Sauté in a dash of sesame oil and some vegetable oil. I usually put noodles in boiling water first, then add them to the stir fry last.
Other thick noodles and veges can be used, but hoisin sauce really matches beef well IMHO.

These are really really good! Granola Bars: Chewy and healthy and totally customizable. Ingredients 2 cups (160 g) oats 1/2 cup (96 g) sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. cinnamon or other spices as desired (cardamom, nutmeg, etc.) 2 1/2 cups additions: dried fruits, seeds, nuts, flax meal, bran cereal, puffed rice cereal, crushed pretzels, chocolate chips … the combinations are endless! 1/3 cup (60 g) peanut or other nut butter 6 Tbsp. (89 ml) olive oil – canola oil, other oils, and melted butter will work here as well 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey, maple syrup, or Agave syrup 1 Tbsp. (15 ml) water Instructions Preheat oven to 350F. Depending on desired thickness, line a square (8×8 or 9×9) or rectangular (9×13) baking dish with parchment paper, then lightly grease the paper with non-stick cooking spray, oil, or butter. Thicker bars are a little more decadent, if you’re planning on using this as a dessert. Process 1/3 cup (27 g) of the oats in a blender or food processor until finely ground. If necessary, chop up dried fruit and nuts. Raisin-size pieces are fine, but dried apricots, or apples, let’s say – should probably be chopped. Stir together all dry ingredients (oats, ground oats, sugar, salt, cinnamon, fruits/nuts/seeds). Whisk together wet ingredients – oil, honey, peanut butter, and water. Mix together the wet and dry ingredients, then spread in the pan. Press firmly into the corners and edges so the top is even. Bake for around 30 minutes, until the top starts to brown. Thicker bars will likely take longer, so you’ll need to watch them, depending on how much batter you’ve spread in what size pan. The edges will become deep golden and they may feel underdone in the center, but that’s okay. They’ll firm quite nicely as they cool. Let cool in the pan on a cooling rack for at least 20 minutes, then take them out of the pan using the parchment. Let cool completely before cutting.
