Wait, people! The idea is to have a really cheap business with a cool name that anyone can buy from anywhere in the world, we franchise them to try to make it a bit viral via the facebook page and then when it is spread around a bit, then we bump it up!

Sorry, the baby has in his head lately that sleeping time is negotiable... the basic idea is subtlety, so keep chatter and names to a minimum but say things like 'I got $12 from franchising the top right business in 439358357.' on Facebook and here every page or so. Does everyone like the idea of the elephant business?  |

Wow, he slept through the night. It has been a while.
I think we need to recruit tappers first. Discretely as we can. History has shown a small number of people can't do it. I don't know exactly how many we need cos I don't know how many have franchised RHOS, but I guess a couple of hundred minimum. But no-one off the street can buy Raven's business now cos it is too high.
So plain language posts on both here and the facebook page, location semi-prominent with Xmas decorations around it in as many towns as want to participate, and try to keep the value low for a week or two (no jobs or checkins) to try to get enough people to buy it.
Maybe PMs to forum members?

So it is at almost 300 which I think is a bit high. Maybe we should wait a few days for it to become more affordable before we go on to phase 2.
Sorry too much housework to do this morning to be an effective ringleader.
But whoever said the name thing might be on to something simpler but more effective. We could rename our towns 'buy the elephant' and then go through our friend lists.

The name thing is working. I've already been franchised 4 times and I haven't even started on today's gift list yet.

Ok it sounds like great fun and I put my name to franc cupcake=$$ 4U. Maybe I should change it to buy the elephant. Should I upgrade the business to level 10? I will look into Facebook not really all that familiar with it. What else do you want me to do? |
