Yesterday I posted that I had accidentally deleted a business. Now I was shocked to have done this as I am constantly tinkering and moving and things about and have recently had a complete overhaul and not once have I deleted anything accidentally. Lets face it, you get a a big message on your screen asking if you want to delete so when you see a business for many thousands of coins and not a tree you kinda would realise and say 'no thanks'.... So today I was cleaning up some roads and again after I had done this I noticed another big space that shouldn't be there and I can not believe this but my Eiffel Tower was deleted!!!! I know for absolute sure that I did not delete this, I might be blonde but I am by no means stupid, and what's more I was being ultra careful to do it slowly. As we all know a notification comes up if you are wanting to sell something, unlike a piece of road that just deletes since you haven't bought it. So how could I possibly have made that mistake again, there was NO notice to sell!!! Has anyone else had this experience? I have contacted Booyha and told them in not uncertain terms how upset I am about this and that I want it looking into. Frankly if I am going to spend all this time playing a game and with everyone elses efforts of franchising and gifting me and even buying bucks for the game to be spoiled like this then I will just stop playing it.  |

I lost some bucks and contacted Booyah and they replaced them. (and they might have been right that it was my fault, although I am sure that in your case you knew what you were doing but the point is that they said that even though they thought I had made a mistake by upgrading a business they still replaced my bucks)
I really hope they will do they same for you.
It takes them a day or two to get back to you

This isn't the same though because I know there wasn't a notification I was only deleting a road, you have to click on each piece and they are only small and you only get the cash register coming up to click on. . The tower is massive lol that's not something I'd miss and you get a big notification 'do you want to delete etc' so its not some I know I didn't get a notification. Chilli very kindly has just franchised me so I'll be able to buy it again soon with a bit of saving but that's not the point if there's a glitch I want them to sort it. and I could have used the bucks for something I've not already purchased grrr.  I'm gutted, over a game lol. |

Jayegirl, I am not surprised.....this game has been falling flat on it's face lately, keep coming here and interacting with the members of this board, I continued to be amazed at the generousity of the members, like you said.....you will receive franchises from those who will put you in a better place than before you lost something(a business, the eiffel tower, YOUR WHOLE TOWN, haha). AH HA!!!!
It came back!! I knew that I had not deleted it and I haven't heard from Booyah so they didn't do it. I recall a couple of weeks ago I posted here that my skin for Caesars Palace had disappeared, the grey area was still there but not the actual icon. Then I lost my business 2 days ago, I quickly went and replaced the bare spot with a new business.... shame I didn't wait because it might have just reappeared with my lovely expensive and high pop franchise I had bought. Then today the Eiffel Tower incident... When I looked in Wonders, it wasn't there either just the option to buy it.
There is definitely a glitch and anyone 'losing a business or wonder etc should hang tight and see if it comes back before placing anything in it's spot.

Happy to see you got your eiffel tower back! (or that it never really left ) especially with their influx of angry emails and only one handler, you may have had to wait a while (im still waiting for my town-loss compensation) |

Hi guys,
It seems that my 2 super yachts have sailed away. They have been missing for a week now. I am also missing my VIP mansion. The little blue box appears when I tap on the space saying it should be there.
The only other evidence is crazy little swimmer jumping about.
I'm not sure if they show up when other people visit my town either.
Any ideas on how to get them back?

That's happened to me occasionally - reported to booyah and Kaitlin came back saying its a known problem - they eventually turned back up !

It seems that my town was subject to a burglary last night. I am missing exactly 1 million coin.
I checked my game last night and had 1,325,056 in coin. When I checked my game this morning I had 325,056. I rebooted but the coin was not "found"
Any suggestions?

Never had money go missing but my Eiffel Tower kept going missing, as did all my trees at once point lol. But they all came back once I reported it to Boo and they made me an upgrade  |

Has anyone else's Mt. Fuji vanished? I have my puff of smoke, and when you touch where it should be it says Mt. Fuji...and it still collects coins...but it's just not there  I deleted and reinstalled...but no change. Just a big ole hole and a puff of smoke. Wwaahh. |

I've had trouble with all kinds of things going missing. My Eiffel tower went on many an overnight stay elsewhere lol. Trees and plants go too. Contact Booyah with your ID, what version of the game you're playing (the numbers on the top right corner of your game as it's loading) and what device you're playing on. Can take a couple of days to a couple of weeks to hear back but they'll eventually send you an update to sort it. Whatever you don't sell it. It's there, just malfunctioning. |
