Kiwi - do you have more than one apple device using your iTunes acct? I see this happening a lot when the kids download apps that I don't have - it'll tell me I have updates for games that aren't installed on my devices, so the red dot will appear and then disappear hours later once iCloud catches up (which I have turned off but they have turned on--need to fix this).

Hi Kiwi!  Hi Raven! Hi Sni! I didn't have that issue, yet! I supose you have the last iOS6 installed on your iPhone. Did you sync your iPhone with iTunes latelly? Or iCloud? Only to be sure: you touched the Updates button in AppStore, right? And there is not showing any updates! Did you know you can update your apps directly from iTunes? Try that and see if iTunes can discover which is your "phantom" app. So, connect your iPhone to the computer, open iTunes and look after the "Apps" button. Press it and you should see all the apps and games you have saved on your computer after a sync! Now look after a button placed in the bottom-right corner "Check for updates" Press it! Let iTunes to finish the search and when done - update all the apps founded ! This will automatically update all the apps you have on your iPhone too! After everything is finished do again a sync! I hope this will remove the number you have on your AppStore icon. For the rest of the apps you can make the number showing on the icon to disappear in "Notifications" , but AppStore is not listed there. Good luck! |

Yes, Sni - I also have the iPad which I play MT2 on. However that's all up to date, with no updates showing, so I'm pretty sure it's not that. There's not many apps in common between the two because I use them very differently. Also, the red number issue has been there for a few days so I know iCloud would have caught up by now.
Kon, good idea about updating through iTunes - I will connect later this morning and give it a go, thank you. I haven't synced there for a while. Yes, I am using the latest iOS. I will let you know how I get on.

Thank you, Kon. It was as easy as updating while connected to iTunes through the laptop. Now lets just hope it doesn't happen again!!

Here goes my 1st post ever...
What's up with stw? Of my 3 free spins I typically only get single or double stars and "no matchs"
I have a second town on my other device that is only on level 24 and it gets much better results (but still way too biased towards xp).
When I first started playing I didn't know about stw so I was already leveled up over 50 before I started doing it daily. Does your level effect the stw prizes?
Also, since I rarely got items from stw there are many that I wanted but they are gone now (since the new items were added). Is there anyway to get these? I'd pay coin or bucks just to have some of the items. Thanks everyone. I wish I would have read these forums when I first started playing!

Hi Amanda and welcome to the forum  I'm level 75 - don't do the STW much so someone else may know more - recently I used it to get the tropical waterfall - gots lots and lots if xp's just like you said - my sister is level 49 and she gets a lot of items - so I feel it is set to your level! Items no longer in the store can't be purchased - they come up randomly for limited times - |

I have the same issues with STW, I get 5 and 25 xp most of the time occasionally I get 75 population, and the best I ever got was 1.5x coins fot 15 mins...I was wondering if I was doin something wrong too cuz I see the prizes people win and I never seem to get any good ones

Just got the iPad mini and i must say I'm pretty bummed that I couldn't get my town on there  it's was one of the biggest reasons I purchased the mini, does anyone know any way around this? |

Contact mt2support@booyah.com or using the support form on booyah.com. You need to request a device transfer. They need your existing town id as well as the new one you get when you download the app on your new device. They will transfer it to the new device then ask you to delete it on your old device. It will take a few days - they aren't open weekends. |

One of mine business was franchised more than once by the same person before I collected the franchise and was able to collect all of them. I tried to do that with my wife's town but she only got the franchise once. Was this a glitch or is it posible to do it?

If you franchise someone everyday and they don't sign in until 3 days later, they probably will get 3. I don't know if there is a time limit or maybe you have to wait until the server updates. |

I've done a little testing lately with this myself recently and it seems to randomly work. Sometimes all of them will go through, other times 1 or 2. Its strange.

I just did a test on 3 different towns.
I used 2 businesses. Franchised one and built it. Then Franchised the 2nd business and built. Then deleted the 1st business and re-franchised again and continued on until I completed 10 on each.
1st Town- 10 franchises on both businesses went through
2nd Town- only 1 franchise on each went through
3rd Town- 8 on the 1st business and 10 on the 2nd.
Town # 2 is located in New York, I am also located in New York, however I was in la la land with I franchised all 3 towns.
It could mean that multiple franchises will not go through if you are located in the same city as the person you are franchising.
Based on what others are reporting, it still seems like it is a hit or miss. It takes a lot of time to franchise multiple times so personally I don’t think it is worth it if you don’t know for sure they are going through.
Edit: I was just told that town #1 is also located in New York. So now I really am confused!!

Hi all RH's out there, I'm getting good coins from location switching and high pop businesses but still need the franchises for bucks. But have a worry, does having all high pop businesses (>10000 - 300000) make it hard to you guys to franchise? I know they must cost $1000's each business for you, for us to get the $50 bucks!
