Hi all! This is kind of a request / question actually. I was wondering... if I am hoping to get franchised in coins as well, how do you direct people for that kind of request? When I have franchised for others I have just been able to purchase in either bucks or coins. How do you know which of yours can be bought in coins? The ones you did not franchise yourself? Asking because I would be so appreciative for coin franchises but not sure how to go about specifying a request. Thanks! hello! If you can franchise with coins that means that that person is within 200 miles of your location on the game. If you franchise woth coins they will recieve coins. That is how it works. If you want to be franchised in coins you should put your location so us franchisers move to that location and franchise with coins Have an excellent day!

Ah!! Thanks for the info! I'm in phoenix, AZ for anyone willing to help out! Actually it is within 200 miles of where the Business is located- not where you are located. So if you have a business that is in New York, and I am in Phoenix- you will get franchised for bucks. You can also use the bucks to: Set your businesses to the longest jobs and then use the bucks to speed up the time. I know for 4 hr jobs it cost 3 bucks. Or Buy wonders or businesses and then sell for coins. Thanks Edit: I just checked and most of your businesses are in CA.

Afraid those bucks are gone. You have to wait several hours after getting franchised or making changes before changing locations. Have to give the server a chance to update otherwise you end up with the last saved version. Don't worry we'll pay a visit and top you up again.

I am trying to figure out exactly how check ins work. I know that when I check in to my own businesses it decreases the amount of time by 1/2 for an hour. How else should I be using check ins? Let me know if there is a link somewhere that I have missed. Thanks!

That happened to me yesterday :/ i rebooted and it worked just wait I couldn't play for three days because my town wouldn't load. What finally worked was reseting my iPod from the setting. Lost all my auto fills and passwords but my got back into my game.

Actually i think it is technically possible to have two towns on one device but they can't be on it at the same time. however, i think you need a second device to start the town, and you need to know how to find and copy/paste your savegame files.
I have had a lot of fun with two towns tho on 2 devices tho. You can franchise yourself if you are feeling lonely at 3AM.

Euro - when you franchise someone and you sell right away you do get coin back - so if you are buck rich and need coin that is a source of income! However most RobinHoods don't need that - the payoff is the good feeling you get helping other players develop their town!!! it's a feel good thing! Lol

Lol I've been doing it on a smaller scale for others and experienced it 1st hand today! Made 600 bucks with the help from others. It was a huge help for sure and wish I can thank them more than just a post in a thread ;D ;D

I have a non-MT2 question - Mods, feel free to move this if its in the wrong place.
iPhone owners; have you ever had this problem, and if so, what did you do? I have had the little red number on the App Store icon for the last few days telling me that there was 1, 2, and now 3 app updates available. I click on the Updates tab, and nothing shows on the screen. It's completely blank. I have restarted the phone, and still nothing. This has gone on for a few days.
Eventually I identified a couple of the apps that had updates available, because I also have them on my iPad, and saw the updates on there. I then went to the App Store on the iPhone and updated that way. Now I am down to one phantom update available.
Has anyone ever had this issue?
