Hi all RH's out there, I'm getting good coins from location switching and high pop businesses but still need the franchises for bucks. But have a worry, does having all high pop businesses (>10000 - 300000) make it hard to you guys to franchise? I know they must cost $1000's each business for you, for us to get the $50 bucks! You should keep a few low pops (think of businesses with a funny name or a special restaurant or place that means something to you) - this also helps personalize your town! |

Anyone got good tips for raising populations so I can get more businesses, I seem to spend lots of time selling low pop businesses to franchise better ones.... Community buildings take so long to build and loads of space!

Hello Mayors,
I'm hoping someone can help me find a former topic. It was a list of the Top 30 Businesses & was updated frequently; it helped me A LOT in the area of knowing what to franchise & where, but now it says the topic no longer exists...
Is there a similar topic to the one I described? I want to buy a few businesses & would appreciate any and all help...thank you!

Hello everyone, I was just wondering if anyone knows y sometimes when I get franchised its for coins and not bucks, I noticed the couple franchises I got were from towns in my social so they must be local but I just didnt know y this happened... and when I do a new business I almost always franchise from someone, so when I franchise will that mayor get coins or bucks?

If you pay bucks they get bucks and if you pay coins then they get coins. Any businesses within 200 miles of your location can be franchised by coins. Once over the 200 mile mark then it is bucks. The buck amount does get impacted by distance also. The further away - the higher the buck price. |

this might be a really dumb question but what is mytown, california.. it's not a choice on the locations.

You have to change to San Francisco to get to those businesses for coins. They were originally sample towns booyah had when the game first started. Have since been removed but the businesses still exist b.c they have been franchised.

I just bought Starbucks from my town ca. For 3mill and has 10times the pop of my quick yet only yields me 177k on 4hr and my quick does 193k.......both level 8 business and quick has been franchised 6 times equaling out to 30% with a bonus of 593% and my new Starbucks has only 633%

Not many people are going to franchise that Starbucks since it costs so much. You get bonus income for people franchising your businesses- whether they keep them or not. Look at the difference on the 2 businesses I have. Amstel Bear Hugs 4hrs- 47K / Macys 4 hrs 27K As you can see I make more money (almost double) on the lower pop business. So everytime someone franchises you, you are not only getting bucks/coins, you are getting bonus income which makes you more money.  ,   ,  |

When I logged into mt2 this morning, I saw a message that said since my team won (Super Bowl) I was given a stadium.
Where is it? I have looked everywhere for it!!

It will be in the store, probably under the Community Buildings, with a little red 1 bubble next to it, and you'll be able to place it in your town.
