I haven't had a single bite since that franchise frenzy on the weekend. I'll change mine too, but I haven't spent much time in NY, so people don't know me here...

Idk why. If I got a franchise I would always check out the town to thank them.

WSECD seems steady at 3.1 while RHoS has dropped sharply in Raven's town. It is 2.1, while in my town it is still 2.6.

Nope........the business is in New York. People can change their location and buy for coins. My Radio City business gets franchised everyday for coins and has a much higher pop.
