I want high popularity in my businesses but they also need to be well known and real.

Finding it in the business search is a wild goose chase. It is much easier to change cities then franchise from somebody that already has it rather than trying to get it through the business search. You won't find it in Amsterdam. It's actually located in Enschede. I don't think the business search recognizes Amsterdam or anywhere in the Netherlands for that matter. You have to go to Germany to get it. Try Essen, Germany (you need somewhere less than 200 miles from the business to get it from coins). Cologne or Dusseldorf should also work b/c they are close to the German border with the Netherlands.

Both Newzealander and I have it. I'm not sure who else does. I paid 1.7 million coins for it.
