Just to let you know that I've made a minor change to my town, I have moved a VIP mansion and a villa, also deleted a Tudor house and moved a condo! Hope this won't affect the game!

The game will begin sometime between 8:00am-12nn PDT, which, according to the meeting planner that I use to determine time zone difference is: 4pm - 8pm London time. But that's only the first set. Second set can happen anytime after the first post. Maybe way later, maybe soon after. That's all I would say.

No worries about changing your town recently. I have not started taking screenshots. But I will start preparing in two hours (8pm London time).
