As well as voting (by pm !!!! ) remember Roney asked for robin hood "feel good - warm fuzzy stories! Those are fun My two main robinhoods enabled me to purchase mount fuji and my elephant topiary "Bella" and to start micro franchising! For me that has made the game so much more ! I know one or two bucks aren't the same as the "big 50" but they do add up. Over and over we see mentioned the time they give to us but until I started franchising in a small way! Their time is a gift in itself! The enjoyment I see from the receivers is a total high!!!! Raven 29067906 |

Yes I did and I not ashamed becuase I did not know such kindness existed until I found this forum. I used this game to calm my nerves with my chemo treatments ( breast cancer survivor). But if it were not for my Robin Hoods I would had to stop playing because money was tight. Konstantin, Amstel Bear Hugs, Snilbull made town with franchises. I would jump for joy when I saw the handshakes. Then Jaygirl came along and help me conquer the STW trick and now I have money for my town to be self supportive. Digging in post I found the Notre Dame stacking. Now I have coins and bucks. You never know how a small act of kindness can make a big difference in a person life. Also there were so many gifts and franchises by others. During the course of voting time, I am going to try to mention u all. |

That's a great story Roney and I'm glad you could find some solace here. I think we all do a bit of that at one time or another. I came over from another forum with many others. My first franchises were from Val, cAndy and chilli. They helped me to buy Mount Fuji which I totally loved. I still remember how fantastic it was to open my game and see a 1 buck gift when I first got a level 10 business never mind all the franchises that started rolling in lol. Took me a bit of time to save up for it but wow it felt great getting that first big purchase. Now I have lots of money and can help others but just before that Snibull, Amstel and Konstantine helped me to buy everything I needed. Also Sol and Geordie. Even though I don't need the bucks now it's still lovely to see people like Amstel, Sni, Chili, Sugar and Spice and Kelly coming by with handshakes to say hello. I know I'll have forgotten someone really important and will have to come back later. Apologies in advance lol. |

When I first joined the forum and started posting, SNIBULL visited Phylville and franchised a few of my businesses. I knew about gifting but franchising was something different. Then she PM'd me, which was another 'something different', a couple of times asking if I checked my messages...well NO because I had no idea what it was. BTW... This is the only forum I've ever joined, so I had to learn this along with learning MT2. Once I discovered the PMs and sent my reply, she was WONDERFUL.  Snibull told me everything I needed to know about the game without hesitation and directed me to different threads to answer questions. It was then that I realized that she had to be one of those RHs they talked about. During the time that I started they were having this forum event called The Lotto and I would read the postings on the thread from the winners and thought 'how nice it must feel to wake up to a town full of hand shakes. I'm a newbie so this does not apply to me.' Until the night I won!!  GEORDIE made it all possible and made my little heart happy as well. From then on I became an active member on the forum and made friends with other dedicated RHs: RAVEN, AMSTEL BEAR, CONTINUOUS BEAR HUGS, BEAR HUGS and KONSTANTIN. All of you and OTHERS were there for me when The Booyah Tsunami wiped out Phylville and I had to start from scratch. It was then that KONSTANTIN sent in red cross and helped us rebuild. Thanks to All of You for all that you do. |

The Robin Hoods and forum members have all been so generous to me. There is a true spirit of giving and fun on this forum that is a testament to every contributing member. Besides .... how many forum's have their very own Tiki Bar?!  (Which reminds me - I am behind on a few rounds) |

Snibull, Continuous Bear Hugs and Amstel Bear Hugs have helped me out repeatedly
Honorary mention to Kushtown and Melzzzy who gave me my very first franchises. And Solsville for starting this board and creating this place where we can share ideas/tips/news and help each other.

Ohh... I didn't know we have to vote every day ?! Since yesterday, after reading Jaye and Raven's post, I stopped franchising forum members  ! The reason - I will not run after votes! Roney, I don't want to ruin your event, but voting every day? It's this a contest to see who franchise faster , or better , or more? If Yes! I'm out! I have voted too! Once! They were my helpers, my idols! I wanted to be like them when I grew up! well said Kon - if this event happens again I think that is a good point and one vote would be the better choice - So much of this is new and ideas need to be worked out - next time! I come from the era of "feminism" so the male / female category got totally ignored by me!!!! Lol - no way is one better than the other! Uhhuh no way! Roney! We are still having fun!
