Hello, I am very grateful to a lot of members in this my town2 forum....unfortunately 5 gifts arent enough for all of you, and to write a thread every day to thank you becomes a bit boring without a real communication between the franchiser and franchised....so here is my question: is there a way to create a chatroom for us to get more in touch with everybody? I am not a techie and maybe my question seems naiv, but I really would have a faster and closer exchange with you all here  Happy addiction to all of you:)) |

There is chatroom add-on functionality for this forum, but we need to look into the details of this. I'll check into it and let you know.
Anyone else like to add their two cents?

Brilliant idea. I missed going to a chatroom to tlak to various people from around the world. Was awesomely fun Be interesting to check into thats for sure Sharazani. |

I am all for the chatroom. Not everyone would use it, but if at least 10-20 people benefit (and I suspect it would catch on), it's worth exploring.

Live chat is exciting and a lot of fun. It does have to have active mods because chats can easily get out of hand, and flame wars aren't uncommon. That being said, I'd welcome a chartroom.
We used to have 40 "channels" on CompuServe. Each one was for a different group - one for general chat, one for teens, one for gamers, one for gay men, one for newbies (which was staffed with someone who would help them with questions/problems), etc. Of course, you could go wherever you wanted, but it was clear who frequentednwhich room.

I've never visited a chatroom, but for MT2, I will definitely give it a try. I've always preferred talking vs. typing when building relationships, but that is so 20th century.
