Has anybody else gotten the 2x coin bonus boost, only to have the boost icon disappear and the bonus stop working?
Not that I need the coins or anything, I am just curious if others are having this problem.

I was hoping our citizens would be a little more generous in giving up the bucks this weekend when we help them out, but it seems like they are as stingy as ever. Yeah, has anyone gotten any bucks for errands.... Knowing Booyah, they probably just gave us the 5 bucks at once, instead of the random bucks. lol |

Lost my entire town, level 50, high on the leader boards, etc. Email Booyah, and explain to them, they will hook you up with enough coins and bucks to get you on your way. The only thing you will not be able to get back is your popularity. I had to get back all of my original businesses at half of their original popularity. And my overall place in the scheme of things, is much lower. Sucks. |

I just need to get this out......I want a leprechaun! Haha, what is everyone else hoping for this next round of limited time items?
I think since I lost all my previous limited edition items, it's only fair that I get a leprechaun, oh and a pot of gold surrounded by foul leaf clovers, is that too much to ask? :-)

Not sure if there is anything I can do.n hello you lost your town? it was all green?? i lost mine too last sunday. i sent mail to booyah, and they awarded me yesterday bucks and coins and some wonders to start over. i had almost the same population like you. send mail to them, they will help you.... i lost some nice buildings like the big stadium and the oscar theater. Not sure if there is anything I can do.n I too lost my town last week and was ready to delete the app(after a friendly little negative review), but I emailed booyah and they compensated me enough to keep me playing, and i'm quite happy. It still sucks losing all my previous limited edition items, and my populatity along with any franchises those from this board were so kind enough to do, but start by emailing booyah and be patient, they took three days to get back to me, but when they did it was with 3,000 bucks and 5,000,000 coins  ;D. Needless to say,a I'm trying to build a town that makes me forget about my old one, first thing I did was purchase the Eiffel tower and a few high end businesses(Facebook and apple store in San Francisco' and Fenway park). I'm sorry you lost your town, I just gifted you population(it was that or stars). Let's us know what we can do to help...... Oh, I couldn't franchise your business, it cost like 6,000 bucks to do so, I'm sorry. |

Wow 5 whole bucks...what will I spend it on? Thanks booyah for giving me, as a special one time gift, 10% of what pekman gives me everyday. LOL jtown. OK, it keeps saying that it can't connect to the server and I keep losing towns, so I will lay off franchising until this is more stable. I feel bad when people gift me and I lose their town and don't know who to franchise back. My town is in a real mess and I really hate it at the moment, so I will spend some time to redecorate and rearrange. I will franchise again when I see that it is stable, and sorry again to those whose towns I lost. I gifted population to you first thing passed midnight. Don't forget me! I went to bed after gifting you for some reason I thought you already franchised my business today...I don't know. If u haven't, keep me in your list please! Thank you so much for your generousity! It helps so much! |

You should receive a decent starting bonus. By now, with all the issues their users have experienced, they probably have an in-house "make-customer-happy" app with just 3 fields: Booyah ID, Coins, Premium Currency. |

St Patrick's is not my favorite, I could actually not notice it passed me by, but I do like me some leprechauns, I'm sure they won't be evil like the movies, which is a bummer, lol, but a liprechaun running around my town would be fun! Just dropped by to see what has been happening since 9 hours ago...
I haven't lost my town, but I backup via iTunes onto my computer almost compulsively. (I repeat saying iTunes for the new people). Even so, I still lose things: so far last evening to now, 2 gifts for sure--I never even got to open them. Not to mention coins.
Several times this morning and only a few minutes ago: Server is "unavailable". I'm now reluctant to play the game today...
Barracuda asked about the 2X icon disappearing--yes, that has happened once.
jtown: oh no! Very sorry to hear the loss of your town. Hang in there. Fellow members have written similar stories with info on how they either recovered or were compensated by Booyah. Remember this community is here and we'll all send help. Good Luck!

jtown, so sorry to hear about your town. I'm sure you'll be back in business in no time.
To everyone else, sorry, the server is still not stable and I have lost some more towns. So I'm giving up and will look at it again in about 10 hours time as I need to go out now. Don't blame me, blame the server.
In regards to karma, thanks to all who exalted me. I just noticed that I have a new title under my stars - "MT2 Rock Star". Not sure if anyone else can see it. I think it might be the result of getting X amount of karma points, so thanks!

I am so seriously addicted to this game...  ...and I knew revenue was waiting so I checked. I successfully collected my coins, set it for 2 hours. Figuring if the server becomes unavailable again, I might not be able to get Mt. Fuji before the deadline, I *went for broke* and bought it. It's big, but not horribly big like the Fashion Museum, so I'm happy. I quickly closed and saved again. |

I was up for a couple hours after the update around 1:00 a.m. and it forever to see if I was going to get five bucks (which I didn't). You still get a single buck. Maybe they have adjusted the chances of getting bucks for this weekend so we can focus on getting double coins? |
