Supercity. All you have to do is exit game. Double click home button. Your opened apps will appear on bottom of screen hold down on mt2. Minus signs will appear and they will wiggle. Tap the minus sign and game will close. I also close other apps helps with battery life

Regarding my popularity experiment / observation: While the scenerio I described, worked with the Paris businesses (Quick, Mixer Bar, etc.), I cannot get it to repeat, with a tiny local business. So even if I reinstall, and locate in my real city, I can't get the popularity level to be what it is on someone else's town.   This game is making me crazy  JB, check out this thread from some experimenting I was doing. I just want to make clear for those who may have missed it or not understood the significanice. One of our members is a coder and has finally tapped into and unlocked extra land plots as of last night. As he can only access what the company has pre-programmed in, it is clear that Booyah will at some point soon release the much-awaited new land plots. I am still a little skeptical about The Mothership and El Dorado. The thing about the UFO is that a couple of members claim to have seen it in his town, but nobody seems to know or remember what bonus it gives. How is that possible? My own experience is that some newbie mentioned it not long ago in Mac Rumors, and even posted a picture of a large purple spaceship. Macho Alpha was quick to respond that the picture was photoshopped and laughed it off, and if anything like that had been in his town, it was gone. He seems to enjoy remaining shrouded in mystery. Here is a current shot of Wonderland. He said the 8X8 land was "unstable" so he had to get rid of it. I'm still not seeing the UFO or El Dorado. I'm wondering if the two empty plots are where he is seeing them?  |

I did a quick sweep of San Diego not too long ago, but didn't find much. You can try places like Sea World and San Diego Zoo. I couldn't find the U.S.S. Midway, however. Qualcomm is big over there and Qualcomm Stadium is where the San Diego Chargers play. So, it depends on what you want in your town. By the way, Universal Studios is in Hollywood (Los Angeles). LOL, I'm from Toronto... Canada. When I took a trip to San Diego, we went to Universal Studio so i assumed it was in Diego. LA isnt to far so it makes sense. It still lets me buy it with coin which is cool. So if it were actually in San Diego it would be cheaper? lol. Dammit, why didn't I chose San Fran or LA as my location. May have to pull a delete/reinstall after i get what Diego has to offer. Unfortunately with faking my location it will not let me searcg and buy San Diego places with coin unless i franchise them from friends. so my new question is... Anyone own Sea World, San Diego Zoo or Qualcomm?I need to franchise them Ok. Anyone own Sea World, San Diego Zoo or Qualcomm?I need to franchise them I have a guy added who has San Diego Zoo. I don't know his ID because I found him by searching San Diego since I want it too. Just search San Diego a few days and if you see "Gizmopolis" pop up, hit him up. And he does have the zoo skin. I plan to grab it when I visit California in a month. =) Hopefully you find him or someone else. As for me.. I'm so pumped. I finally have a level 10 business! Yay. Hopefully people will find it lol. It's very difficult to find high popularity biz's in this area. I am 'nowhereville' btw  and I've either gotten mine from the "towns near by" tab on social or from people from this forum. But it's very hard to franchise in coins in San Diego. There's nothing here! Lol I started with a BUNCH of low low low popularity biz's (like 300ish) and worked them all to level 10, and checked in to all of them like crazy and played like crazy with them. And just had fun with it. Built my town and had fun with the game. Then, I slowly saved money and one by one replaced them with higher popularity bizs. I still have a couple low pops left bc I want to keep a couple level 10s. And by now, they're popularity is up around 700 from my check ins and they pay about $250 for a 3 min job bc theyve been franchised a few times. It's worked for me, and it's allowed me to really build my town and have fun. And find the biz's I want. hope that helps. And besides it took me that time to find this forum and meet the people who had the biz's I wanted. |

Super city, I too was about to give up and somehow I stumbled onto this site with these great people.... And now I've become one of them. Haha. I can't stop now! I'm just a little southern girl with a dream of putting in a pool for my townspeople. I never thought I had a chance, but with the help of Barracuda, Pekman, cAndylang and GraceGirl I'm half way there in just a few days! Sure, I'm behind at work, yeah I have unanswered emails and voicemails... who cares? I have coins to collect and bucks to count! ;D LOL I'm so behind on work too. That's hilarious. Little southern girl, for some reason that sounds so hot. I hope you arent 12, lol or a man.....  |
