Hey BigBridge59: I know it's late for you, but wanted to let you know that I'm sending you positive thoughts.

My sister also adopted puppy brothers for the same reason--she couldn't bring herself to split them up. I have only respect for anyone willing to adopt more than one baby critter. It's a generous act.

It's happened way too many times to so many of us.

I'm playing on an iPod Touch, 4th Gen:

Just today in my haste to collect business coins, that gosh darn update button got tapped and took 80--80!!! Bucks from me.

Knowing that I had used iTunes and backed up my game onto my computer...I decided to try something out:
I closed the game.
I pressed the Home button twice to reveal the apps still running in background. I Pressed an app to make them all jitter and make the red minus signs appear. I tapped MT2 to close it down.
I then deleted the app.
I then reloaded the game via iTunes, off my computer, and my game was reinstalled. I lost a little progress, but most importantly, the 80 Bucks were back!

Another good reason to back up your game!

Here's the weasel clause: Do this only if you want to take a chance. I may have been lucky that it worked. Remember, the older the last backup, the more progress you will lose. So decide carefully if reloading an older version of your game is worth it.

Licat, thats good to hear you got your 80 bucks back...

In my case, I havent been able to get on the game for the past 3 hours it has been down. Some people are stil lable to get on the game, but I have been unable on my ipods, ipad and iphone. And I so wanted to set all my businesses to the long timer for the night... sigh.

It's too time consuming for me to scroll and find your town again from my long list of towns to franchise you again (unless you gifted me multiple times).

Get 500 bucks in just 2 days!
So, if you want your Mt Fuji, and you gift me 5 times on one day, I will send you 50 x 5 = 250 per day. You can have Mt Fuji in 2 days, with some change! (Provided the other factors I have mentioned above are met). Sorry, this doesn't work.

Finally, I also want to add my shout out and thanks to cAndy, who helped me daily before I struck it rich.

Nyteowl, u sent me e gift like two days ago. i was going to send u one just now but i noticed that disneyland is down to 700 bucks and it was level 10 so i franchised from u instead i hope u get some bucks out of it

So if they never patched the jail breaking hacks, or if some new method was devised to skirt Apple's filters, why aren't more people doing it? Why devote so much of this thread to asking/thanking Andy and Pekman if we can all just go cheat and jailbreak our phones and give ourselves millions of bucks?

Jailbreaking your phone is not illegal - it may void your Apple warranty, but you can read up on it and you will discover it is not particularly difficult to do and there are videos on You Tube showing you step by step how to jailbreak and then how to hack and alter the codes of your apps.

I personally do not want to rise to that level, but I truly believe most of the players would be perfectly happy doing it and giving themselves unlimited bucks.

So if you all they lack is the know-how and the motivation, maybe under tips / tricks Pekman should give everyone a write-up explaining the process for the convenience of those who don't want to do the research.

Need Help!!!

Last night, when I was experiencing login problem, I did not realize there is a problem on Booyah's end. I thought it was my Ipad that was corrupted. I deleted the app and re-install it. And when I returned to my city, I ended up with a brand new city. However, when I checked the Game Centre, it still has my previous stats. I remember reading similar situations before. Is there a way to bring my town back??

My game was fine last night but I was not able to load any of my friend's town. I had 1 gift left to give. oh well. I'm going to buying a big business very soon, I'm thinking universal studios in San Diego.
