Very cool town! And you've left spaces so you can add new things. Yes, it's a lot of work but a ton of fun to finally be able to put those finishing touches to your town. You did a nice job!  |

Hello everybody. I want my town theme to be post apocalyptic. Does anyone have suggestions to make it look more like what I want it to?
I want it to look overgrown and dilapidated, but it just looks really "foresty" where I've put trees and bushes. So far I've only done as far as the upper most corner.

Hm...they used to have the Zombie invasion stuff but I don't know if it's available anymore. They had the sandbags and a bunch of stuff that would've fit in.
If it's still there, I like the rusted out car too. Maybe Giant Lizzy?

If it's still there, I like the rusted out car too. Maybe Giant Lizzy? Haha, yeah I'm bummed. When I decided on that theme I ran to the store and found that most of the zombie stuff is gone. I would have made good use of the sandbags, k-rails, and the rusted out cars. Now I have to settle for the blue beach car, chain link fence with barbed wire, and camp fires, lol. I have made a little use out of Lizzy's foot print to make it look like cracked earth. |

Not sure if the Phoenix from the wizard stuff is still available but you can place that behind a building to make it look like its on fire!

The crocodile habitat looks a bit dodgy with its mud and fence.
The redwood forests, street lantern overgrown with plants, royal pillars, chain link fence, lizzy's footprint, Dive bar skin?

One of my favorite things that I accidently discovered was a basketball hoop. Take a dead tree then put a chain link fence behind/diagonally. It looks like a basket hoop with no net. I put it in my trailer trash town.
Yes, I have a trailer town area complete with burnt out cars, trailers, camping stuff, sandbags instead of fencing and sunbathers in the midst of the chaos. If you want to see it, it's bottom left.
Please excuse my mess, I just moved out 30 snow globes and haven't redecorated yet so everything looks squished in.
If someone would take a picture and post I would be grateful.

I didn't realize how much gunk was in trailer town. I have moved out the Halloween stuff except for one headstone beside the box car house. What's a trailer town without a buried body?

I now have 2 towns to decorate - well once I can get the original to stop crashing. Now I get to decide which one to take apart to work on and what direction to go in. Finally cracked and got a bigger screen. It is a whole different world.
