I picked-up the tigers, African habitat and botanical garden. I ended up deleting most of my athletic centre to make it fit. My country club is probably the next to go if more land doesn't come soon. I wish the polar bear exhibit was available separately.
And I know I'm a week late but I did a little bit of hmming and hahhing over whether to get the transit center. Wish it had been a wonder for travel business. Maybe I'm being greedy but it would have been neat to have a wonder with changing skins that could increase revenue on our travel businesses (an item on our master wish list). I had to do quite a bit of moving around so that the train station didn't block out things behind it.

Lol...that's funny re: tiger But seriously, most of these zoo items seem to be major space hogs. At first, I thought it would be cool to have a whole zoo around the zoo Skinned business, but after trying to place a few, I quickly deleted them. With space at a minimum and new items coming out almost weekly, there Really isn't a way I could use these new items without deleting stuff and Reconfiguring my town. What do others think? Bought them, built them, sold them! |

I try not to think in terms of limited space when judging an item. If its something I think is cute, but don't feel ready to place, I leave it "pending placement" in the store, or if they're limited, buy it and hoard it. Which is one of the things that really sucks about the limited storage space, to me. Not everything can be left in the store.
I liked the zoo stuff, for the most part. My favorites were the tigers (I like the one jumping in the water over and over), and the monkey habitat. The birds are pretty. =) Plus, it provided a lot of green for my rainbow town! I haven't placed anything besides the tigers and the falconer demonstration in Coruscant...but I do enjoy the new wandering citizen. :D

Just as I thought...most will be continuously renovating towns as new items come out. I figure mine will always be a work in progress even though I've basically finished it. I don't think I'll ever do a major overhaul though.
I did like the little zoo items so renovated one square. Easy enough!

Every time new item come out, I buy and keep it in my town storage, especially for a limited time offer item.
Make sure you buy at least one of them, so you won't regret it later.

It would only seem to matter if you could trade them Ditto, Mike - there's always something bigger and brighter on he horizon, and most things do full circle and come back in some form anyway. As an aside, and in totally the wrong thread, what are people doing with STW items? I am using them to build, then throw away, to get Collection pieces. |

I got rid of a few things today. Sure hope I'm not sorry since I've done that before and re-bought some items too. We need about 200 storage slots. ;D
