Hey y'all. Quick head scratcher for ya. I was going to gift my bro-in-law and noticed he had Apollo Theatre, as do I. I tapped on it and it had a franchise option?! But I own it! So I did a business search through the game and saw it was on the "hot" list, for 24 bucks. It gave me the option to buy it too?! I originally bought mine from Booyah land ( before I joined the forum). His Apollo had a much lower pop than mine, and I imagine the one on the hot page does too ( no stats to tell). So what's up? Is Booyah, trying to sell new businesses to replace the high pop old ones? Any clues let me know. Thanks.

Right now, I commonly see 2 variations of French Laundry. Different towns and different populations, same address in the stats. The difference is the pop. One has a pop of 24,614 and the other has a pop of 4,691. I could franchise both and put them in my town. Wonder what will happen to them when the pop monster hits? Snibull 30719277 Attachments:

Snibull, that's exactly how that Apollo was. Same addy same everything except pop. Maybe it is a stock split. Maybe because of the super cool people of a certain super cool forum, the average player can't buy the super cool businesses, and Booyah split them to even the playing field?!

Snibull 30719277 I found another one in my travels. Saks Fifth Ave- Same address I have it and it is at pop of 15,834 and total check-ins 153,164. Other one has pop 6,967 and total check-ins 83,958 I have pics....too late to post. The other town is Chermetavo- ID 39931077 Sorry...falling asleep typing...so if you need anthing else. I had that happen with a biz in Vegas. Can't remember which one...but it said I owned it. Never had...and none of my businesses had the same address. It was weird and freakin frustrating!!

I had an even weirder glitch happen to me. I had french laundry from booyahtopia in storage. Then something happened in the process of me tapping on the business in storage and placing it in my town, but i clicked really fast and it automatically placed one in my town with another ready to place. When people franchised me, (Amstel, Snibull, et cetera), they only franchised one of the french laundrys. Snibull, Amstel, did you only see one, just curious. one for the price of 2. The original was at lvl 10 so so was the duplicate. sold both for 2mil.

I did see both, however I could only franchise one. I would put it in my town and go back and try to franchise the other one, but it said I already owned it. So what I did, was delete and then go back and franchise the other one. I really thought you were doing this on purpose, so you could get "double" franchises on the same business. Seems like you were only getting one?? Oh well, I tried.  |
