This site was referenced on mac rumours. I joined macrumours first but I was checking the info on this one before actually making the leap to join. I still check into the macrumours site although probably for not much longer.
I've also seen a couple of references on the mytown2 facebook page. I find the facebook page so frustrating- some of them really could benefit from the advice here.

I found the site on Google while searching for MyTown2 tips and tricks.

I found it doing a desperate google search after getting to a point where I couldn't hardly play the game anymore. This forum has changed all that thanks to all the very friendly and generous people here.
Wish I would have found you all sooner!

BBT and Frisky, a similar story here. I thought it might be worth googling for tips and hints, and the search uncovered this wonderful place which has completely changed my perspective on what is possible. When I joined ten days ago, I was expecting it to take me at least another two or three months of play to clear all the land. Thanks to the kind folks here, I did it in three days, and have over half a billion in coins. The one thing I am still struggling with is XP. I can't get the STW trick to work, and my town is still at a measly level 57. Still, I guess it would get boring if this place had given me absolutely everything I want. There needs to be something still to work for.

I agree Ultraviolet, we need something to do or it wouldnt be much of a game. I haven't accumulated the kind of coins you talk about but I'm satisfied with my progress. I'm still trying to clear all my land. The ND's and high rise condo's are my main source.
Anyway, this forum was the greatest find!

I did a search with bing using one of their bing vs google pitches. I searched mytown2 tips and tricks and like magic, I was brought here. Man, I should have bought a lottery ticket that day too  |

did a search on yahoo for a mt2 forum. i was having trouble with placing multiple items so I was in search for an answer.

I found it by simply doing a search on Google. Wanted to see if anybody had advice and tips for the game, as I had very little idea as to what the best strategy was. Couldn't have wished to find a better forum, as the people have been so helpful and friendly since I first joined.
