That's a pretty convincing argument for you to stay, Chilli.  I did send another email today, with the status of those who haven't received Shrine/Bucks. I'll keep you posted. |

I am unhappy as well with not getting the shrine. But I think it is getting to the point that it doesn't matter anymore. It is just another thingy to have. I am sure there will be more thingy - better faster prettier animated etc.
Chilli is also one of my early RH so definitely owe him big time for getting me more interested in MT2. Without him and the forum I am already max out with XP and coins. With enough bucks to buy what is needed.
So booyah needs to step up and deliver or we move all the good people here to another game and another forum. I am in for a revolution.

The thing about this game is that those seemingly non-important "thingies" (lol) are the only differentiating factors between old players and new players. Nothing else in this game indicates your dedication and seniority. Without limited availability and long-gone content, our cities would look new and have similar content to a n00b town.
That's why these things are important.
Edit: Thanks to Sol AGAIN for stepping up to bat for those of us still awaiting Shrine delivery!

This is really upsetting about the shrine. I have neither recieved bucks, not that I care about that, nor the shrine. I actually purchased bucks in order to get Mt. Fuji prior to the deadline just so I would get the shrine. Mt Fuji was the whole reason I jail broke my phone to help people buy it because I thought there was no way the average player would be able to afford it in time. This is just ridiculous that Booyah cannot deliver on a promise. I do not feel that I have any recourse as I have been helping others so I am obviously not at the top of Booyah's list for them to help me. I am sorry for the rant and I am happy for people who did recieve their shrine but this just might be the end of this game for me. NOOOOoooooooOOOOOOooooo or in otherwords NO NO NO NO NO NO ok, that's the same word repeated. Chilli, you were one of the first RH's to franchise me and you are a part of my Mt Fuji and all the shakes I've had since. You are a part of my Statue of Liberty and all the freedom she stands for. You are a part of my Eiffel Tower and I will never go to Paris so that's as close to France as I'll ever be... But man, you are a goldfield at the base. You are the reason my Godiva Chocolate is a Zoo. Please don't leave. Let's fly a kite in the kite park or swim in the pool next to the hooker standing by the salon. There's even the hot air balloon ride we haven't taken, yet. C'mon Chilli- please don't leave. Don't... And if you were just ranting to get things off your chest, ignore the above love letter of sorts and move on to the next post ... Just don't leave! Snibull you've been exalted. There's no way Chili's quitting after reading your note. |

DITTO, DITTO! Everyone is welcome to vent their little hearts out, but -- NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE MT2 FAM!!!  Afterall, that's what we're all here for -- to share with and support one another! I, for one, cannot imagine the MT2 game without the forum (I wouldn't still be playing) -- and I cannot imagine the forum without the constant and ever faithful usual list of suspects/contributors/RH's/therapists/community activity coordinators, etc. ...lol. To that end, Chilli -- I hereby submit a motion to the MT2 forum community to grant you one day off (okay...two, if absolutely necessary), and to nominate you for the MT2 Player of the Month Award! ;D That's gotta be worth something... |
