Someone suggested that if Booyah charged real money for land and/or a storage option they would be willing to pay for it.
Please answer and I'll submit the results to Booyah and see what they say.

Exactly! I wouldn't pay more than $5. This is supposed to be a vital part of the game rather than some frivolous decoration. Almost everyone will want to buy it so they will make more money by charging less and having lots of people buy it versus overpriced bundle that maybe 1% will bother getting.

I assume we are talking about a one time buy, not a monthly storage fee. $5.00 is reasonable.

I guess I would buy it as a one off, no more than $5. But I would feel cheated and forced to spend money so I could continue to play a game that I have invested time and money in already.
However I honestly think they are a disgrace if they charge for storage or land as I have NEVER paid for these things in any other game. Storage should be available in a game where they want us to keep buying new items.
I'm not sure what they are thinking. I can only guess that the reason they are holding back on these things is because they DO want to charge us and they are playing a game with us. Keep making everyone wait and they can make big bucks on us. From what I've learned from game creators the reasons they have given us for not giving us land are just not valid.
I use the forum more than I ever use the game!

I am not willing to pay anything. I have lost all interest in this game. There is no more land and leveling up takes way to long now. The only reason I still have this game is because of this forum. With the constant re-release of "new" items with a lower price annoys the hell out of me.
Whatever though. I am now hooked on Sims Freeplay lol!!!

I have received a lot of enjoyment from this game. I would rather have storage than land. I don't mind contributing real dollars for something I enjoy. But if I am spending real money, I want choices. I don't want to feel like I am the victim of an extortion scheme. Choices like $1 for a month or $5 for 6 months of storage. And land choices, too.I always have the choice to eliminate some things, but maybe trading stuff for space is another option.

How big of a storage housing are we talking about? I would hope the amt of money IF we had to buy storage would go towards improvement of the game...NOT IN SOMEONES POCKET.

It'd be nice to have storage for seasonal stuff. I'd probably pay up to $4.99 for a warehouse.

I'm not willing to pay for this item as they already have this ability (just not for us).... I have a clock tower sitting in my 'store' with a red (1) over it indicating I have one purchased clock tower in my 'inventory' and ready to place.
I also just placed my ice cream truck after it sat the same way in my 'store' forever.
That's basically the 'storage' we want. We just want to be Able to take out/put in. And since the ability to 'store' in our store exists.... Why should we pay for it?

Yet, they will not let us have it after months and months of reading it on here, in emails and on their face book page. We are wise to you Booyah....

No kidding! That is a point I didn't even think of, as my ice cream truck also sat in storage for 5 months! I would very much like to say I wouldn't pay a cent for something that should be part of the game, but that's what sux, if they did charge for it I know as addicted as I am I would pay for it. That's what is too bad!.... Too bad that booyah, I'm almost positive will be taking advantage of us gamers when that time comes! We ll seeeeee....

As per my post in the other poll I think it is reasonable for developers to want to make money. I would. The way to make a LOT of money is to sell something everyone wants for a small cost. The developers of Angry Birds demonstrated that people will pay if it is reasonably priced. They made heaps. How can the MT developers make any money if no one buys anything? They have servers to host etc and developers and designers to pay.
Like Angry Birds they could have different versions for maybe $ 1.99 per app. MT2 USA, MT2 EUROPE, MT2ASIA, etc. there could be kangaroo races for the Oz version and the Rugby World Cup for NZ.
They have to get creative, then I will pay.

If they not sure :/ to make cash they cannot designe another app :/ so if we can get enough people that want to buy maybe they will do, anothing thing, Why its free now? Because they have right to sell stuff , so if we pay for the app , who want to pay anymore for Bucks ?

There are two options I am suggesting - they offer us the option to create several towns, and we pay a little bit for each. Or, the app is free and we pay for extension. In the Angry Birds example they had a special bird as the In App purchase. In the DragonVale example you buy gems to hurry up things. My point really was I don't think we will find a decent free app that has all the features also free - who would produce that? App is just short for Application e.g. software application. The developers expect something - so this app was free, we should expect to pay for something. I am just hoping they will have something worth buying, and somewhere to put it.

I've always realized booyah has to pay their staff- the money has to come from somewhere! So for me it would be storage - if I've played the game long enough that i have no space left and that I have so much "stuff" and the bucks/coin to buy more then my decision is - do I like the game well enough to pay a few!! dollars for storage. After 8 Mts of playing (and finding the forum!) my answer is yes to paying for storage.
