I can donate gifts, but not able to franchise much. My first town (on my Ipad) is not needing much right now, thanks to the generosity of our Robin Hoods. But my new town, North Pole (on my Iphone since Dec.) is just getting by so I could use the gifts there. I have no high pop businesses, because I'm trying to stick to my theme of North Pole/Santa's place.

I'm pretty sure if you're a receiver you donate too, I don't need to franchise though, That is just a nice bonus.

Can I please be signed us a Receiver? I prefer bucks.
