Thank u SO MUCH Andy for franchising my daughter Lauren (town) SO many times today, she was SO excited to see the hands & to open her gifts (from others!!)

We should rename this the Pekman & cAndy land appreciation thread! because they're making my MT2 experience amazing, thank you both for the franchises, I never thought I'd be able to get these cool wonders.

Big thanx to cAndyLand for franchising my Beverly Hills Hotel, I got the max of 50 greenbacks for that!
Also to GraceGirl for franchising (one of) my Saks, I got about 20,000 coin.
