Since we can't view other's getaway businesses, it'd be great to start a thread of what cool businesses you have or want for your getaways. If you have uniquely named businesses or come across a town with unique businesses fitting for a getaway, post it! If you are looking for a uniquely named business, post it! For instance, Maytown (47023456) has several beach themed businesses available in the main town for franchising. Just to name a few: Neptune's Treasures Tropical Smoothie Cafe Dreamer's Beach Music Beachland Note: Businesses in your getaway can not be franchised! It is up to each member if they want to put businesses in their getaways. Thanks aw5678 for a great idea! Also, pictures are welcome  |

Dog Dream Days
Ice Cold Beer
Heavens Door Café
Cookie Monster Bakery (hey, you are on vacation!)

I have the Starfish Oyster Bed & Grill on my beach. I also put dreamworks there.
For my lake getaway I have top 10 treks with the Rock climbing fitness skin b/c it blends nicely with the escarpment.

At my beach getaway I have the Coast Guard office since my son is a Coastie, and I have Fish Tales Seafood Grill. I love the name and the place is in Galveston about an hour away. They have great food, too. I am attempting to attach a photo for the first time ... Fingers crossed. LOL, just noticed that the poor restaurant got stuck on the bad side of the island. Sorry if this question is in the wrong place. I thought I read somewhere that someone could 'make' a business you own or enjoy if I supplied the name, some general address, and the type of business. Is this something someone is able and willing to do for me?
