Geordie, count me in, too. I bet I have seen the entire ROCKY MOVIES a hundred times in my life. They are my favorite.!!!!!!! I can remember when Rocky was fighting Klubber Lang in the theater. That place was rocking!!!!!!!! I am here to tell you that dozens of people were standing up in the theater ( including this chick 100%) yelling, screaming, ( yelling to Rocky), "hit him again, hit him again" the ushers were trying to tell people to sit down.......lost cause. That place was rocking. When Rocky K/O Clubber Lang, that theater went nuts....people were saying, "good job, Rock...way to go, Rocky". People cheering, and clapping...... People outside the doors waiting to get in to see the movie could hear all the commotion from inside. They had grins all over their faces, and making good comments. I will not ever forget seeing that movie in the theater. I was sitting in the back watching people in front of me, standing.....hooping, hollering. Whew.....Bring it on Grago..... I am proud to say that I was ONE of the MANY, standing up and rooting him on, too. I was soooooo pumped up. I still get pumped up just thinking back about that winning moment in the theater. Wished you all (and Rocky) could have been there to see/ hear the moment. It was GREAT!!!!!!! ;D ;D What a nice memory. Thanks, Geordie PS...I am working on Millionairs Acres as I type, "Hay kid, knock his block off". |
