1. Plot of Land: Each new town begins with 2 plots of land on one side and 2 plots of land on a second side which totals to 4 individual plots of land. Currently, the maximum town size is 7X7 for a total of 49 Plots of Land.
2. An individual Plot of Land will fit 6 units on one side and 6 along the second for a total of 36. The smallest unit is equated to 1X1, and examples of items measuring 1X1 are: 1 tree, or 1 bush or 1 geyser, etc., therefore 36-1X1s will fit in one Plot of Land. Town items of different sizes are described as being 2X2, 3X3, 4X4, 5X5, with the maximum as 6X6 (so far). Everything, again so far, has been perfectly square in shape.

In addition, a Mayor may change, aka "remodel" their business by selecting a Premium Look at a cost of 20 Bucks each. The Premium Look does not raise the revenue amount for the business. Skins' sole purpose is to add variety and interest to each town.
