Forgive me if I said this one before (sometimes it is difficult to remember what I posted here and what I sent in real email), but a week or so ago it was raining and so I asked my wife to put an umbrella in my bag. Sure enough, between classes it is pelting down, so I grab the umbrella and it is a hideously embarrassing hello kitty umbrella.
Don't know how many times I need to explain to her that I am the comedian in the family, followed by the boy, who is pretty damn funny in his own right.

You don't know Indonesian time... She was why I was late... I quote 'ok, I'll get ready and go, I have work in 15 mins', 'just let me have a pee, you dress the boy', 'ok be quick my princess'... (A seven minute interlude of putting on clothes, playing with blocks and looking for umbrella). 'Where the (word deleted to conform to R13 forum standards, but it could have been heck, it had a couple of letters from there) is an umbrella?'
After reading Sharzani's post, I was kinda sad. It does look like they are killing development on the game and we can't complain only about the weather. I have had a lot of laughs on this forum and there are people here I would like to keep in touch with but it is a bit creepy not being anonymous.

Derek! I've exchanged personal email addresses via pm with those I've gotten to know - so even though Melz doesn't post anymore we are still in touch! I've got to be honest - I've never read anywhere yet that they are not going to support MT2G - I've read that they are moving to the "tablet" market - but isn't MT2G playable on the tablets!?!?! AND we never used to get new items every week or so - that has only been happening in this last stretch of new items!!!! - in the history of the game we had long long periods where no new items were released - I think we all just got spoiled in the last months! Anyway - I guess I am being Ms Pollyanna and saying just wait till the shuffle settles and see what happens! |

Haven't got any drinks to serve tonight but I do have lime infused olive oil from Hawkes Bay NZ that I managed to find in a store devoted exclusively to olive oils. Goes really well with the baguette I got from my local bakery. Sure there are fancier preparations but I'm really enjoying this one.

I think olive oil is much better on garlic/herb bread type things, both in terms of flavor and health. Hawke's Bay is where I started playing this game. The top biz there is like 30 pop. I remember being over the moon when I got my first booyahtopia biz!

Oh sorry, should probably not drop my accent here for entertainment purposes "when I go the packy". So, I've been in and out of the forum (ok mostly out) lately, but I caught part of the conversation about the game not being supported. I remember early last year when they kept saying the St. Pat's stuff was "coming soon" and everyone was going crazy on every discussion group I came across. I'll be honest, I've completely lost interest in MT2 but we still have other games we can discuss. Then of course there's still all the fun games and the awesome tiki bar. So don't fret, as long as we have a forum we should be ok. |
