For new players....just wanted to mention this if no one else has: the Beach Bungalow is a real BARGAIN. It only costs 1400 coins, and gives rent of 900 per hour, IF you are willing to pop bubbles every 3 minutes. You also can place more of those than the other higher income housing, because theyre only 2x2. It will still be hard for a while to make much on housing, because the snow globes are gone from STW, and the Notre Dames are expensive.

Does anybody know the stats for what the 'Luxury Suites Collection' gives you. Is this worth having, as it takes up a lot of space?

Does anybody know the stats for what the 'Luxury Suites Collection' gives you. Is this worth having, as it takes up a lot of space? I just went to my town and tried to look for you. I have it in my downtown section. It's big, but it's the 'right scale', if that makes sense. Sometimes things look 'off', you know, the windows and things look bigger on some buildings than others. But this one fits the scale as the others. It's on an hour time schedule. But I don't know what it pays. Im sorry. it doesn't have people, and I don't think it has a car. I can't find a way too look up its population either, I tried looking it up in the puzzle piece section and in edit mode, and selecting it. So, over all, I'm not a whole lot of help. I will come back and tell u what it pays when I collect, but bare in mind I have three globes and a Notre Dame, and a cathedral, all of which I think are housing multipliers if I remember correctly. I guess, bottom line, I liked it and it fit perfectly with my downtown decor. It is big, though, like you said. But it's very different from the other 'apartments/high rises' that they have offered. So go for it if you like it. ;D Edit: Population is +925 (found it by putting it into storage)

Thank you for the information, that helps. It does tend to use up quite a large space, so I may look at getting some smaller houses that pay better and give more population.

It pays me 249 with the multipliers of three globes, Notre Dame and a cathedral. So if your objective is $$ and population, I may try something else. ;D
