How about a lot of population for new businesses?
Just with a few bucks it's easier than you could ever have dreamed! Now there are a few community buildings wich you can upgrade, now there's one a bit different.. Jup.. The library!
It's only 2x2 and costs 12.000 coins with just a few bucks.. you can get this tiny building to the fourth upgrade which will give you a lot of population!
After 2 upgrades which cost me 70 bucks i got 200.000 population, now in combination with the white house or space port this brings you to 240.000! this little building got me from 20 to 28 businesses! I hope this help you a little! Let me know if this does not work for you! |

Wow. I love this addition.
With a good amount of bucks, getting population is easy because you can easily just upgrade a library or post office and gain a quick 100 or 200 thousand population.

I like that they let you use any of the skins without paying for all the upgrades. I'm using the skin I like for my community buildings but I'm haven't gone all the way with the population upgrades. I'm at 36 businesses max now. Unless there is another benefit to jumping up my population I think I'll keep this in my back pocket for if/when they lift the business max and I need to grow the population again.

sure everyone has caught on but many more community buildings are now upgradable!
Playground
High School
Recycling Center- 85 bucks
Power Plant
College- 120 bucks
im addicted to all the "evolving" buildings, they are the best!

I do not have to use bucks for upgrades, only coin. Is this a change from original post or is it not the same for everyone?

ALMOST, accidentally upgraded the public park. It would have cost over 4 million coins. What would the reward for that upgrade be?
I already had 1 of each 'skin'. Are there more looks that we don't see?

What you see in the remodel list is what you get.
I'd really like them to do the farm and the vineyard. I'm only hanging onto them on the hope that they will be upgradable in the future. In the meantime I've popped them in storage and converted my farm to an apple orchard.

Sardi - I just caught on to this. I've been paying for the upgrade, not realizing until the cemetery skin was released that all the skins are available to use, but if you want the pop ...
