This happened with the zepplin. It disappeared for a while and then came back with the update.

They just haven't removed the Taxi goal so for new players it's a bit confusing.

The Taxi stand was discontinued a few weeks ago. There is no word whether it is coming back or being re-designed.

Welcome to the forum.

The taxi stand was taken away by booyah, and the kite park was a limited item, so unfortunately both are no longer available.

However, as this latest update proves, booyah sometimes brings items back(all the VIP items were limited release a few months back, ad they are available again).
