I think I was playing the original MT and an ad for MT2 popped up. And as I possess the attention span of a gnat, ... ...did I mention that MT2 blows MT1 out of the water?! I want some ice cream. Did I lock the front door...  ;D 5. I get to indulge in my love of travelling the world, meet interesting people who share my enthusiasm for building extremely tiny virtual cities, and increase my net worth (virtually) -- all without purchasing an actual plane ticket or packing a suitcase! 6. I sometimes laugh at others when they fall down (I'm so sorry...like nervous laughter, its really quite uncontrollable), and I'm easily distracted by small, shiny objects... A friend told me about it and forced me to play  5. Buying businesses i see or hear about in real life 6. I have a disease called myasthenia gravis, had surgery for it last december. I read a short notice about Alec Baldwin having problems in a plane because of playing MT2 and got curious about it
My favorite thing is the creative side of it ( spent a lot of time to make a forest)
Director of my own theater company in the south of France for some years-building houses and stuff in Second Life, the big brother of MT2:)

- Looking through all the different apps, trying to find something interesting.
- At first it was building a cool neighborhood, that quickly tured to the best properties, then it shifted to greed and collecting coins and green backs, now i have settled into the forum and the interaction of the game. Awaiting a new release with more land and recycling back to the cool neighborhood.
- I am an old guy, have twin 11 yo, boy and girl, experienced marksman, I decided to quit my job, build a garden and smell the roses for a while beore I take my last stab in the workplace before retiring.

5. Liked the fact that I could own businesses in my hometown. Found the mac rumors forum and discovered the world could be mine one little business at a time, as long as I kept building those ugly stock exchanges.
6. I met my wonderful wife, she is from Brazil, through ICQ in 1999 and married her in 2005. I have lost 68 pounds since October 2010 and ran my first 5k last September.

Mary Jo Clear Lake, Texas I don't remember how I found this game.. It's fun to watch all the little people wander around, I don't really understand why I can't leave the game alone:) I play roller derby, and I love to read! Roller Derby video game or actual roller derby? I love roller derby! Ha! Real live roller derby, my league built the 2nd bank track in Texas, and the 5th working one in the US... Keeps me busy when I'm not obsessing about Mytown! |

Found the game inthe app store and then my son downloaded it and the IPOD has been in my hand, pocket(s), bedside table, car,and in the car ( ALL) PLACES EVER SINCE!!!!!!
Crunching figures in my head while designing my town. Knowing I am helping people build while at the same time helping their town to grow while being in this community built game "house" together as a family.
Am nurse/COTA/l. Creweling is my passion. Worlds BIGGEST trekkie, and would like to meet William Shatner and loved to hve known John Wayne.

Hey all - here is what I've found to be the easiest way to share photos on here: I use photobucket.com (free) and they have an App you can upload photos from your device. If you access photobucket on a PC/Mac, you can actually edit your photos too! Once your photo is ready to post, just click on the url in the "IMG Code" box and it will automatically copy it for you. Just paste it in your post here and... viola! Your pic is here. PM me if you have any questions. Glad I did ;D Gosh man, Take a pic of the fron of their building so we all can see what it looks like, please. here u go bigbridge. a very modest building. no banner, no sign, nothing. not sure if they occupy the entire building. wanted to take a pic of the building's directory but they are closed for the weekend. last pic is Tres Agaves, a popular mexican restaurant, located across the st from booyah. decided to take a pic of it cuz i saw a couple towns owning this business in MT2 thx sols! that was easy! |

Cool! I've been there. They don't own the building. They occupy the whole 3rd Floor. The elevator is locked and you need security to unlock it for you to get up there.
It's a wide open floor plan with some private "executive" offices and everyone else is basically working in the wide open. It's kind of what you would expect a "dot.com" startup to look like.
I'm trying to find the picture they took of me with the iPad I won. I'll post it and the interview they did with me if I can find it.
