Hey all, this past week I have been franchising to make up for my 13 business that dropped to 25. EVERYTIME I am at a location that has more than one business I want to franchise, after I franchise the first business and go to franchise more , I cannot franchise any others because the game says I own every other business(even though I do not!) why does this happen? It's so frustrating!! Even after reinstalling the game it still happens. Is there a way I can fix this? Thanks again for all your help. You guys are great

What businesses are you are looking at? There are a few businesses with the same address or have been renamed so you might have the business under a different name.
ie. the Weebo store and Apple Store San Francisco. You have to pick one - you can't own both.

For this one , you have the Backbencher Pub which is actually originated from this business so that is why this one is a problem. Going on the businesses you have I'm guessing (based on the popularity) the others are actually renamed versions of Begins cafe, Seattle cafe and Vliegveld Twente which you have. And that's why it is not letting you buy them. |

Suppose I sell or put into storage a few businesses and franchise a few to take their place. Now consider that the servers have not updated so other players continue to see my town as it used to be without the changes. Now consider they franchise one of the businesses I don't have in my town anymore. Will I still receive the franchise money or is this money the player thinks they are getting to me, but actually I don't see the bucks at all.  I hope I have made myself clear. ;D ;D ;D |

I don't always know the correct place to ask a question. I asked one of these in another thread with no response, so I'm repeating the question here as well as adding another similar question. Please excuse the double posting as I'm still learning how different things work and some of the general expectations from the forum members. Question #1: From Game Center: Mogul Achievements Reply #36.. As you can see I achieved 'Working Class Citizen' for Bronze, Silver, and Gold. However, my Gold trophy is Bronze in color and right below it I seem to be working on another Gold with 90% completed. I have many thousands of jobs completed. Yet this states I will get the achievement when I complete 2,000 jobs. Has anyone else ran across this situation?  Question #2: I made all my businesses achievements and they showed up on the game center achievement board. Now, most of them have gone away. Does this happen? Do they come back? Will I have to add the businesses all over again?  |

You will not receive the bucks for those franchises as your businesses are not showing in your town (if you "hid" your business in storage or deleted it) |

When you complete the achievements in Game Center, what does it actually do or what happens after you complete them? Is there any point of it?

Game Center is basically a way of been a "show off" with your friends. Nothing to do with game play or development of the game. You can compete with your Game Centre friends, challenge them to achieve goals or points. |

It did show I completed them for a short while, then went back to showing I didn't complete the achievements. |

Go to the store, select it, put it in your town then keep pressing the check mark until you have enough or red cross to end. Then you can adjust placement or orientation in edit mode if you need to. |

Also, at the same time, spin to win stopped refreshing daily. Every spin is $6. I contacted booyah after the 1st week and didn't receive a response (other than the we received your inquiry response). I wrote back a few days ago again, and still nothing. Anyone else experience this?
Second weird thig was today on my iPhone town. A popup notice came when I started the game a few hours ago and it looked like it was offering more land. It said I had to update the app. When I clicked on the update button, the game closed but never went to the App Store to start the download. I opened the game back up and nothing new or unusual happened. Everything was just like usual. Anyone experience something like this?

I'm not experiencing this personally but I do know of least one other player with the same problem all of a sudden - no daily deal or free 3 spin n win. They are also waiting for a customer service response. Tried a reinstall but that didn't work to fix it. If it is working properly then as long as you open the everyday then you should get one every day. Hopefully you will get an answer back soon. With all the turmoil at booyah it might take longer than normal. For the update thing, go your app store icon on your device and see if there an mytown getaways update there in the list. There hasn't been one released in a while but that wasn't a mandatory one. It didn't have any new land - there hasn't been a new land since they released the getaways last october. |
