That was what the wife suggested. wanted to rule it out. It's strange. 2 people with 4 hr and 1 with 10hr have looked at it now and it's okay for us.

Okay I am thinking about buying a business that cost 2,147,483,647 coins. I don't know if I should buy it since it took me about 2-3 month to make that money. Also I am afraid that the population monster will strike again. I really want to buy this just need help if I should. So should I buy it or not?

There are plenty of players that would say go for it. And many of them have gone for those businesses and never been hit by the popularity monster.
I'm personally very wary of the mytown,ca businesses b/c those popularity numbers do tend towards being inflated artificially. I have bought mytown,ca businesses twice (three months apart) and got hit twice. But at least when I got hit I had more than made up what I paid for the business initially in job income.
I did go to 1.7 million once but that was a real business with a real address and I have never had a problem with that business. But that business b/c of location also saw very little franchise activity outside the Rh's b/c no one else could afford it. So even though it was my most expensive business - to this day it still earns less on the jobs than my 1200 business that had been franchised a lot more (both from players here and local coin franchises).
When the pop monster hits the real businesses, it seems to hit everyone with that business at the same time. When it hits the mytown,ca businesses then it hits only individual players.

So when someone franchises your business the max bucks you can get is 50. So what is the limit if someone franchises in coins?

I don't think there is a limit on the coins from a franchise. You usually get 20% of the purchase price. I'm not able to do the location switch right now to test it for you.

When I play MT Getaways, I don't normally buy anything for REAL money. So up to this point I haven't been bothered by what happens when I go to store and receive the following message . . . Loading, and then "waiting for Apple to load. . ". It never seems to load to give price. Because inexpensive, I think I saw only 99cents, would like the Radio Tower. Any help on what my problem is? What I might do?

My random question for everyone is this... Do the countdown balls go away once New Years hits? If so I may be in a lot of trouble since I have 28 of them lol

What I might do? Check your settings. Its under restrictions in i0s6. sounds like you have inapp purchases turned off. That prevents the app store from loading. And with the New years balls, they will disappear from the store but unless booyah messes with the code you should still be able to see them in your town.
