So the interesting question to me not sure if its been covered who has ever won the 1000 bucks? No one on the forum has posted it but someone on the franchise me thread said their son won 500 bucks and got Mt. Fuji with it. That's when it first came out.

I noticed just now that if one continues to tap the spin button once one has spun it seems to slow down the spin! I noticed that out of around 20 spins I only scored nothing on 2 or 3 spins.
The technique seems to be to continue tapping until the last reel starts to slow down to a halt.
If someone with an endless supply of bucks wants to give this a go I'd be interested to see the outcome versus the most recent stw investigation!

Oh my goodness! I think you might be right. But this is a very dangerous game to play. I must have spent at least 100 bucks as I got tap-happy with the spin button to keep proving or disproving your theory. I almost felt like I had a gambling problem. But I did notice that I had way more wins by doing your tip. Probably 3-5 no-wins. It's almost like you can actually control the outcome of the spin.
Now I would be interested to see what results those with unlimited bucks get. I think Chilli Town would be most interested to try this experiment. Paging Chilli!
Please share your results.

Yeah I was going through the bucks alright, in the end I probably spent 200 bucks or more but I was winning 20 bucks 3 times in a row at one point! I'm pretty convinced that it works!

Ok everyone, don't begin to ask me how i found the time to do this, but have just spent in approx of $10,000 bucks on spin to win...... and ever since this was introduced to the game, i've spent crazy amounts of bucks on, just to see what kind of win ratio i could get. The win percentage of receiving bucks in my experience has risen greatly, yet the 'big' prizes do still elude me. Though, wait for it...........I HIT THE BIG TIME and scooped $1000 BUCKS WOOO HOOO!!!!!!! first time ever. I'm sorry i couldn't record my results for you all as tapping/spinning was just too fast and lets face it, i'd be posting results around christmas. So, my advice is this....Unless you have a considerable amount of bucks to blow 'Vegas Style' then i would stay away. If you've got the willpower to spend say $50 max to see how many bucks you can recoup then thats fine, otherwise walk out of the casino, with a pocket full of unused bucks and don't turn back whatever you do!!

Haha, I only spent that much to see if the theory could be proved or disproved. I usually have like a 10 spin cap, so $60 is usually my limit! Because lets be fair, we don't win......but I do feel that the tapping may work!
What was your findings dude?

Not to be a downer... but, I've noticed since the update that the STW is more generous in general. Spinning the normal way is giving out more bucks and more population and XP. I hit Bucks 4 times in a row. And I hit 1,600 XP jackpot for the first time ever.
The multiple tapping definitley affects the behavior of the wheel, but not sure it affects the results. I actually didn't get credited for a "free spin" one time.
Also, has anyone hit a BOOST on the wheel? Not only have I not won a boost - I haven't even had a spin where a single boost icon showed up yet.

It definately improves my results.
And no, I've not once won a bonus or had one on the line!

Yeah, I think it may give a boost to the results. I experimented with your technique as well as doing it normally - both seem to give streaky results. I'll go on a 10-spin run of winning every time and then lose 4 out of 5 and then go on another winning streak. I've seen this with both methods. I also tried variations - 5 quick taps and 2 slower taps and these also seem to affect the wheel in different ways. It's almost like there is a rythm to the wheel and if you can get in tune with the rythm you will keep hitting winners. Far out, man!

I am convinced that this works (unless, as Sol said, STW just became more generous after the update). But regardless, from now on, this would be how I will spin the machine. I wouldn't experiment on the traditional way anymore, since I don't have unlimited funds (haha!) I'll leave that to the rich and wealthy statisticians. :-) Problem is, this can get addicting, just like playing the slot machine in real life. So I. must. control. myself.
I was determined to spend $200 for the experiment, and ended up just losing $64 with 40 spins, including the free spins and super spins, of course, which I wasn't able to differentiate anymore.
Here were my results:
+1 free spin +1 free spin None 1500 coins none 1500 coins 1500 coins 450 xp 20 bucks 20 bucks 1125 pops 375 pops 450 xp 1500 coins 1500 coins 6 bucks 20 bucks +1 free spin 1500 coins 20 bucks 1125 pop 6 bucks +1 free spin 150 xp none 20 bucks 6 bucks 150 xp +1 free spin +1 free spin 150 xp 40500 coins 6 bucks 13500 coins 20 bucks 150 xp 450 xp 6 bucks 20 bucks none
Out of 40 spins, I had 4 no-wins and won 170 bucks.

OK, I had to take a shot at this. With normal spin method (pressing spin button once).
1500 coins free 150 xp none 375 pops 20 bucks none 150 xp 375 pops s - 1500 coins 375 pops none 375 pops 20 bucks 20 bucks none s- 375 pops 6 bucks 20 bucks 6 bucks 20 bucks 450 xp 375 pops s- 450 xp none 1500 coins 450 xp 20 bucks 1125 pops 6 bucks s- 6 bucks none free 25 xp none 1500 coins 1125 pops s- 375 pops free 1500
40 spins - 7 no wins - and won 144 bucks
40 spins = 240 Bucks, minus 48 bucks (free/super) = 192, minus 144 winnings = 48 Buck loss.
Not too bad. Per this small sampling, scientific experiment it does appear the multi-tap method gives better odds, but I also think the overall odds have increased since the update.
BTW - Moose, did you get a single "boost" icon any of your spins? Still haven't see one come up. Weird.

Wow, that's quite the glitch! Well done March, very impressive! It's still a sinkhole for Bucks, but the return on investment with this technique is MUCH better!
Exalted.
