i already did. twice .and their only reply is that they apologize for the inconvenience, just gave me bucks and that's it..they didnt fix my problem thats why im trying to solve it by myself..sigh

i already did.a few days ago when i noticed that im not recieving any free spins.but their only response is that they apologize for the inconvenience and gave me bucks for compensation.they didnt fixed my problem. that is why im trying to know the cause of the problem by myself and fix it. thanks licat for the info.  |

I won 70 bucks just now. My first spin was 50, then 15, and 5 for the last spin. I've never won bucks on all 3 spins before.

I got nothing in 3 spins today real bummer
and most days I get XP which I cant use right now since I am at level 50
I have only received a buck or two on a couple of spins
I would much rather get like 5 bucks every day from them then these spins glad the buck an hour is still hanging in there ;D

I keep having horrible luck with the Spin to Win. Most of the time at least one spin is a dud - usually 2 are... The most I've won is 5 bucks and 3000 coins...  *must go pray to spin gods... * |

I’ve come to the conclusion that Spin to Win is waaaaay better than the daily lottery. Not only is it more fun but it definitely amounts to more bucks. In the past two weeks I’ve won 100 bucks (50, 15, 15, 5, 5) from my 3 daily spins. That means even if I don’t win another buck for the next 2-3 months, I’m still ahead of where I’d be with the daily lottery.

Since I hit lvl 50 I've been winning 5 or 15 bucks but mostly XP/ coins. I managed to turn on my broken phone and logged into my old town that apparently reset to lvl 34 and the spin to win gave me 12 bucks. Now I'm definitely convinced that your level determines the payout.

My thoughts on the non-free spin: The fact that it costs 6 bucks and the chance of winning bucks is either 5 bucks (in that case you already lose 1 buck) or 15 bucks ( certainly way less than 1: 2.5 spins) makes it a certain sucker bet. My suggestion to Booyah is to reduce the cost to coins. This intermittent reward will attract people to play the game more. Basic Skinner behavior model from psychology.
The whole game is based on reward of accomplishments of challenges. Once there is no more enticements, be it 7x7 plot of land, level 50, or popularity level, the game loses its attraction.

Looks like they changed a few things with STW in the latest update.
I can now win 1, 6, 20, or 1000 Bucks, and Population has been added to the wheel.
All the values on my pay table have been tweaked as well.

Who here has won more than 200 bucks on a single spin besides Ashley anyways? I doubt anyone's gonna hit 1000 anytime soon. Really hope to be proven wrong. It basically comes down to 1,6,20 vs 5,15,50. U can see the new payout is way worse I do like the addition of pop tho. |

I'm with you on this. While the addition of population is rather nice it adds yet another variable to the spin function which means there is now less of a chance to win bucks. I used to win 5 bucks at least 2 or 3 times a week and 15 only once in the last 2 weeks. With these changes I'll likely only get a few bucks a week. That is worse than the daily lottery that guaranteed 7 a week. |
