Thanks Kelly, and +1 to you for posting Walter pics, and not stooping to the level of 'others' who feel the need to poke fun at poor Walter's shrunken blue bits.
For the record, I would just like to clear up the rumours about his association with the Police. Walter has what some might call a drinking problem. I prefer to think of it as him having found something to fill the whole in his heart. Unfortunately the Police seem to just misunderstand him, and when they see Walter walking into establishments he is banned from, they don't allow for the fact that he is a broken man. Sadly a period of enforced stay in an institution hasn't completely healed Walters broken heart, but the women in red dresses are working on this as we speak. You just wait - Walter will soon be a fully contributing valuable member of our towns. You just wait!!

He is shy. Poor Walter - strong women intimidate him. At some stage I think some domineering woman has had him under her thumb and taken his spark away. But I am sure that with enough encouragement and a little liquid courage, he will gradually come out of his shell and venture as far as your town.
Maybe you need more women in red dresses to tempt him in?

Walter was in my town this morning. He went behind the bank and was gone for quite sometime and when he came out he headed toward the cornfields but turned and started walking toward the housing addition before disappearing just as 2 cops were closing in on him. Sorry I didn't get any pics.

Walter has popped into town to pick up a keg for his family Christmas party...  I guess that means there will be plenty of liquid celebration for anyone who drops in on Walter over the holiday season  |
