oh man im stuck at town clue #3..  already used google in finding the answer for town clue #1 and i found the answer for #2 in this forum but i can't solve the 3rd clue |

For once it pays to be OLD. Pretty sure I got these towns. To bad we don't have instant grading. I hate waiting. I wanna know if I got the answers for that day. I don't care about the score.

Thanks for participating all! I'm glad you are having fun. My main objective is for the players to have fun. I may back-off a bit tomorrow and simplify (but only for one day!!)  I can probably PM the answers to everyone that submitted, later today. But I will not reveal scores (mainly because it's too much work), until perhaps the halfway point. And of course at the very end. If anyone has feedback on the game so far, feel free to send me a PM. Since this is a week long game, I want to make sure it is challenging enough to be fun, but not too hard to turn anyone off from continuing. |

Question, gotta love blondes.  You do want us to send the answers to you daily, right? That's what I did anyway. But then I thought, hmm, maybe you want us to send them all in at once at the end so you don't have 40 million pms from this game. But then ... how would you determine who got the answers the fastest for points. Or if we miss a day, can we turn in two days together .. not that I plan on missing days. And finally, last question, (maybe) can we send in for partial credit? Sometimes, we totally blank on that one town identification but got the other 3 towns. Edit: Nope wasn't the last question. What's an invisible user? |

What's an invisible user? Thanks for the questions. Good, relevant ones. 1. You should send PMs immediately so that you can possibly get credit for 1st through 5th place (1 to 5 bonus points). 2. Deciding what to include in your PM is part of the strategy. Submitting quickly gives you a better chance at 5 bonus points but maybe you miss some points for wrong answers. Waiting for the perfect answers will give you more correct answers points, but miss out on "quick" points. All part of the game. 3. You can definitely send two or more days together if you miss a day. There is no deadline, with the exception of the final day's deadline. This will allow even latecomers to have a shot at winning the whole thing. Hope this helps with that blonde moment... |

MT2 EPIC PUZZLE & SCAVENGER HUNT GAME To make the game fair for all time zones, the daily game clues will be posted at random times throughout the day (or night). nobody knows, just keep checking the first post of this thread. |

Well, to be honest it's unfair for all locations as it is already after 1 in the morning here in England, and it's already starting to get late in the states and that's not including the rest of the world!

Wow... today's was fun!
As for the time zones around the world, I think it's damn near impossible to accommodate everyone. Sol is doing a fantastic job with this, especially since he's varying the starting times. Please... cut him some slack, folks. This contest took a lot of time and effort to put together, and he's doing it for us.
Besides, you don't have to play right at the start. True, you may not get that day's bonus points for being 1st through 5th place submitters/winners, but at least you have the chance to play at your convenience. The way Sol has it set up, anybody can win this thing.
