3 entries picked Ohio to upset Michigan: Moosetown cmeister23 and "Planet Krypton". What forum member is this? cmeister - sorry about your Blue Devils... shocking!!  Chillitown: Ohio pulled it off, but now they face my USF Bulls. Sorry...  Tarheel - UNC looking good. USF Bulls looking good. I'm thinking an eventual showdown.  Hope everyone is still having a good weekend. Bucks for Baskets have been awarded to Moosetown and Planet Krypton as well as cmeister23's town yesterday. Good job guys/gals? I did have a Planet Krypton in my friends list (ID #36400527) hoping this is the correct one. Again I changed my town name to Go Bobcats to divy out the franchises, left off the woo hoo as it is not as exciting today.  Good luck to everyone but too bad for USF tonight as my Bobcats are on a roll. ;D |

I was driving home last night from work trying to listen to the game on AM radio while driving in a thunderstorm. Not the best way to follow a game but hey they won.
How many of you picked Ohio to get into the sweet sixteen? ;D

OK All, We made it to the Sweet Sixteen! And it's still anybody's game. Only 40 points separates everyone in the Top 5! 1. Solsville - 460 2. turkishville - 440 3. Moosetown - 430 3. Double Dutch - 430 5. TarheelNation - 420 In case you didn't know, BIG POINTS for correct picks from here on out! The point system for the rest of the tournament is as follows: Sweet Sixteen: 40 points per pick Elite Eight: 80 points per pick Final Four: 160 points per pick Championship: 320 points per pick GOOD LUCK ALL!! |

Moosetown: Duke only cost you 10 points, as they went out in the 1st round. It will probably hurt you more moving forward. Notice how the points per correct pick inflate as tournament goes deeper. For example, whoever picks the National Champion will get 320 points. And you're out of the running for that. The standings will probably change drastically after the next round of games!

They will be playing tonight at the Izod center for state championship !!! Manasquan HS has a student body of about 1000. (my sons school)One player just secured full scholarship to Norte dame.

Yeah... I figured I'm still in the running now... but not for long.  Dang Duke. Moosetown: Duke only cost you 10 points, as they went out in the 1st round.
