The British Secret Service of Anti-Terrorism and Espionage have uncovered a plot that threatens to cause mass destruction and catastrophe to all Mayor's of My Town 2.....

Since April of this year, The British Secrect Service have been tracking the steps of known terrorist, Le Chiffre, and after weeks of surveillance, we have discovered one of the world's most terrifying plan's to destruct town's and cities across the world of My Town 2.

Hidden inside small packages of Blue Star's are what we have discovered to be C4 explosive's. These Blue Star's are planted everywhere, in each one of your town's and cities.
So what the British Secret Service have done is to set-up a Blue Star Storage Warehouse within the town of 007. We need you to bring the Blue Star's from your own town's and cities then drop them at the Blue Star Storage. After which, 007 will make the death-defying trip back to you to hand you a reward in appreciation from MI5.

Do not take Blue Star's to the restaurant of Le Chiffre, the more stars he possesses, the more we will be vulnerable.

Mission accomplished Mr. Bond. Thank you for risking your life to deliver the rewards to my town. That was quite a spectacular entrance skiing down Mt Fuji like that. Our citizens are breathing a little easier.....but is it too early for that???
