Pekman , can I delete your textile building from my town yet? Les Yes, once you have been franchised back, you can delete the building. It will also help reduce the cost for others after you. If it was level 1, you got it right, he changes the type of businesses to keep us on our toes and to keep us happy hunting for it. Not sure how he manages to find so many excellent hiding places. Sweet  |

The game is designed to reward those in the same location. It works best if you can franchise in coins and get bucks in return. It can also make sense if you paid a smaller amount amount in bucks for some gain, e.g. you pay $20 and receive $50, so you make $30. It does not make much sense to pay $60 to receive $50 back, unless you really wanted that business and don't mind getting it at a discount. (I think this happened with the American Red Cross in Washington DC). However, the vast majority of businesses that I choose are the cheapest that are available and have very low popularity and may not be worth keeping in the long term.

Hey thanks Peckman - i got your bucks - i actually got 100. the franchise appeared twice for the award of bucks - but only once as a 5% bump for a bonus. Awesome - I am really loving getting the extra bucks! Thanks for doing this. Is there anything I can do for you?

Hmm Pekman, I think there was a problem. I got the Textile business for $35.00 and got back $11. from you. I then bought the Red Cross for 10. and didn't get anything back from you. Can you check things out on your end? Thanks, Leslie

It was a great weekend thanks so much to you and all the others! I was able to buy Mt Fuji because of this! I was excited to see I had franchises from Stardust and Do not gift me please this morning I collected them and then did a couple of things and wouldn't you know the game decided to close and when I relogged in I had lost those lovely green bucks from them 150 of them wow was I mad. what luck huh
