There are only two kinds of music. The kind I like and the kind I don't like. Jazz is awesome and I was looking forward to learning about the different clubs.

To quote the great Frank Zappa: "Jazz is not dead, it just smells funny" We're petitioning the National Endowment for the Arts to get a grant. They told us that if enough people gift population they'll give us the money to start a new tour. Don't know why they want population gifts but they do. So visit and gift population to get us back out on the road. You might just get a nice thank you in return

The National Endowment has a way to go, but in the mean time does anyone have any suggestions for tour stops? We're trying to get to Japan but we can't search there We're scheduled to tour in a few weeks (if we get the population up) in the following areas: Boston New York Chicago Miami Houston New Orleans Kansas City Seattle San Francisco Los Angeles Hong Kong London Paris Rome Berlin Melbourne Montreal

Thanks to generous donations, the 2012 tour has begun! It will be a whirlwind tour throughout the world.
At each venue, take the time to franchise the venue and you'll get your three highest pop businesses franchised in return. And one lucky participant will win the door prize of every business you own franchised!
However, franchising any other venue on the tour other than the current venue will only get you a smile from the musicians of the world. We'll be in each town for only a few days, so take advantage of the great live music!
We're starting the tour today in Houston Texas at The Red Cat Jazz Cafe. Please join us and enjoy the show!

FYI I am seeing strange behavior on the franchise screen. 2 franchisees have disappeared from my list. Please send me a note if you franchise and do not get your franchises within 24 hours. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Norah Jones is a well known jazz singer in Canada. Is she known at all anywhere else?

I saw this community event at the nick of time! I have successfully franchised one of your jazz clubs and I do enjoy jazz... a lot. Thanks for this event. Do you franchise back for every jazz club I franchise? Thanks so much.

Yoshi's was a last to play in! We're now off to Europe to play at a place I played in 31 years go today! Ronnie Scott's in London England www.ronniescotts.co.uk/ As usual the turnout was light (like most gigs) but the crowd was enthusiastic! Congratulations go to Big Time Town for winning our door prize. We hope they enjoy the complete franchise experience! Hopefully we'll get some more folks at the next gig. We love having all the high rollers but are hoping for others as well. Spread the word to everyone, the truly American music is coming to a town near you soon!
