Amstel I love your town!! Great job presenting it as well!! ;D Thanks Kush. See, there is always a story to a town that may look untraditional, especially when all you see are a lot of cotton candy/marshmallow trees!! ha!!

Ams, how do you get all the names of your businesses to how up when you take the pics?
I've never seen this town before, very cool!

Ams, how do you get all the names of your businesses to how up when you take the pics? I've never seen this town before, very cool! A lot of coordination!! One finger is pushing down so the town names show. While I am doing that, then I have to press the home button and the top button to take the pic. If someone else is around, have them push down on the screen. Makes it much easier!! You never seen PreciousVille. Thanks

ultraviolet asked me to post pics of Seasalter (a section that I really liked anyways) at 43988619. I think his design on the farm, victorian houses and Japanese themed stuff is awesome!

So, although I just joined.... at the push of Jayegirl . ..I am joining in on the contest for fun. I don't have all my land cleared, so I am submitting two small parts of my town. The first is my version of a China MidTown complete with a place to eat, chic condos, tea house, park to walk around in, etc

Here's my other mini section of my town: A Tribute to 9-11 Since we are in the month of the anniversary - I thought it was would be appropriate. I have placed 6 offices, for the current 6 buildings. I have used 12 reflecting pools and 12 blue flower beds since we are in 2012. Two empty locations with 2 dead trees are placed to represent the two buildings that have gone down. Policemen are outside the buildings and the firetruck rides on the "r" of rip 9-11. I know it's not totally creative or grandiose... but the timing was right and it has a lot of personal/sentimental value since my family was touched personally. So my tribute is for me, all those who were affected and all those who will never forget. much love to all.

I loaded CoolMan's pics and on my iPhone they all show up fine, but then on my laptop the one on the west side close up says it has been "deleted"--- which it isn't. Can someone tell me if it's showing up? I may just have a faulty wifi signal so my laptop is lagging. Thanks! Hmm...did you repost them? Or modify the original posts? Help me out there........ Ok... I see one that is new and one that there is a blank box.

I deleted those posts, but I don't even know why.
Apparently, photobucket is having a problem tonight with newly loaded photos only. I will check on CoolMan's photos tomorrow and repost if I need to.
Also, one more town to add once photobucket is up and running.

Thanks Kush... Honestly, I wasn't even trying for the fire truck, but after I hit edit and went back in my town .... there it was, perfectly driving in my letters. I couldn't have planned it any better - guess it was meant to be.

Bikini- I second Kush's comments. Very nice of you to have the 9-11 tribute and in such a wonderful layout. You did a great job symbolizing all that is etched into our memories forever, still affecting us in many ways.

Many thanks to unrealvector for posting my section. I'm still getting to grips with taking screenshots and posting, and haven't had time around work commitments to work through the helpful advice he and JayeGirl have given me.

As long as I get to steal some of your town ideas when I finally get my land cleared ;D.

Member marchfalls' town tour (in his own words!): I wish to be considered for Best Overall Town. Key features of my town: Paris featuring Parisian businesses and clothes shops with water feature towards the Eifell Tower. I tried to make a cafe square for Paris. New York, featuring "Central Park" and tree lined avenues with New York businesses and wonders. Big Ben next to a few London businesses and the Olympic stadium, I used to town houses to recreate East London. My airport where the Mytown2.net headquarters are based, my airport has all 27 flags. I placed the FBI next to the White House. I've kept my San Fransisco businesses together and created The Infinite Loop where Apple is based. I've arranged a China town around my Mt Fuji. Made an education campus and locked in the vehicles. And I have my mansions surrounding my golf course, with a nearby croquet ground for the posh folk. I have also locked several other vehicles to their building! Newly added recycling area! Thanks for looking!
