Will be traveling to Tokyo ( for real) in a couple of weeks. Any popular franchises there ( that I can read!)?  Also, are there any popular retail stores for pets or home improvement? Got to have those in my town....but mine are really low pop. Smallford can't survive on bars, restaurants, and tech alone. Jhiii- When I have my location set to New York, I get a lot of gifters where their town names are in Japanese. Their businesses are also in Japanese or Chinese. I have not seen any where their pop's are high. Here is a town where most of the businesses are in Japanese/Chinese. Pops are low. It is extremely hard to to try figure out which ones are their high pop to franchise. ID is 39981044 Also PreciousVille has a lot of pet businesses, but the pop is also low.  |

Actually, sorry, Ams. They are all Chinese. Hong Kong is on the list but nothing in Japan, so any Japanese business is either fake, a mistake by Booyah or based in another country. I found a couple purportedly from Narita airport in Tokyo and have them in Munchkintopia.
@jhili, if you want some advice about what to see or do there, drop me a PM. I've been pretty much everywhere there. Be warned: learn a few phrases, like where is...? And please and thank you. They are very helpful if they know what you want but English speakers over there are like hen's teeth.

Thanks, Derek and Ams. Guess I won't be looking for any amazing Japanese businesses on my trip. But, I do hope to meet Maneki Neko or Tama, the railway cat! ;D Will hold on to my little Lowe's and Petco stores for a while longer. Just seems that a lot of the businesses a little town really needs aren't in the hi pop category.  |

One of the businesses I lost which I really cannot replace was the Keio hotel in Tokyo. I got it when I was there in August. If you think of it, could you please see if you can obtain it while you are there so I can franchise it from you when you return? It has low pop but has high sentimental value for me. I would be so grateful. Have fun in Tokyo, it is awesome!!! |

Ill dumb it down for everyone bussiness that are going to have the most popularity will be worth the most amout of dollars usually ones worth coins have low pop.(100)or in the middle(600) so if u dont have bucks by most expensive bussiness with coins cause they will help you progress alot faster in the game
