Mogul Achievement in the Game Center and how to complete it.

Hey All,
I thought I'd pass along a cool tip about hitting the "Mogul Achievements" in the game center (Build 10 of each kind of business).
Switch 9 of your current businesses over to the business type that you are wanting to achieve. Then buy a new business of that same type. Bam! Mogul Achievement achieved!
Then of course you can switch everything back to how you want. Or repeat this process on each business type until you hit each mogul achievement.

Solsville or others- I just turned on game center. My next business purchase was an office and it awarded me the office mogul achievement. Two other achievements popped up (partially complete). Since I'm at level 50, I figure the game center achievements are the next best thing. Do you know what all the achievements are for game center?
Restaurant mogul-20 pts-own 10 restaurants
Office mogul-20 points-own 10 offices
Across the board-15 points-own 1 of each business type

Does anyone know if the rewards for completing tycoon goals are random or tied to specific business types? So far I received 3 clock towers, 2 ice cream trucks and a koi pond. I'd like to get the dino topiary but not sure what business it's associated with.

strange, I completed all the goal from the goal list and only received 1 ice cream truck and 1 small clock tower. Never got the koi pond. Wouldn't mind having that.

It's all I can do to work on MT2. Game Center > My Town 2 > Achievements lists 24 achievements to be completed with their points. What the points do I have no idea. That's all I know about GC. Solsville or others- I just turned on game center. My next business purchase was an office and it awarded me the office mogul achievement. Two other achievements popped up (partially complete). There's very little information known about or how to get the "special rewards". For sure they include the: dino topiary ice cream truck (doesn't move) clock tower koi pond I haven't heard of any others so far. The only clue that I have is that the goal s do state something like "complete X for a special reward/awards". I don't recall anything else. I'm working on a 'younger' town; hopefully I will id the goals that give the the special rewards. strange, I completed all the goal from the goal list and only received 1 ice cream truck and 1 small clock tower. I leveled so quickly this time that I really didn't pay attention to the goals, just collected my rewards  From what I can recall though the necessary steps are to build X amount of a specific business type. There is no actual goal but when you build 3-5 lets say cafes you get a goal to build 1 more. After completing it you get another goal to build 2 more cafes which then rewards you a premium decoration. Now what I'd like to verify is whether these rewards are random or do you always get a clock tower for offices, ice cream truck for cafes, etc. The game center trick mentioned by licat also works here. When I reskinned my businesses to offices for SE bonus and built one more I immediately got credit and received the clock tower. So here is what I got so far: Office - clock tower Travel - clock tower Cafe - ice cream truck Restaurant - koi pond Night life - ice cream truck Retail - clock tower Fitness - nothing Market - nothing Salon - nothing Entertainment - Dino topiary Clothing - koi pond Would love to get more input from others. Thanks. Update: I completed the rest of them and didn't get anything. It's possible that there is a limit of 6 decoration rewards and what you get depends on the order in which you complete the goals. Update #2: Found out the rewards for entertainment and clothing. |

Oceanside: Great input!
The longer I play this game, the more surprises appear.
To be quite honest, I received the Koi Pon and Ice Cream Truck unexpectedly and didn't even know why. Much later, I received the Clock Tower but vaguely recalled reading the Goal. I never got the Dino Topiary so I ended up buying it.

There are 20 listed but it says there are 24 total. I couldn't find any additional info online. |

My son is on level 32. For awhile now, in the Community Building section, the fire station show a number 8 inside a red circle. It shows thaqt they are 12 bucks to buy. What does that mean?
He has alot of SE.
Does he get them free or what? He does have ONE fire station already in his town. He did not ckick on the firestation to find out, yet.......
Ideas.......

Sounds like he may have them stored in inventory. When he clicks on it there should be an option to "place" the item. Usually when you see a red number on an item it means you already own it but it has not yet been placed in your town? It's strange though that he would have so many. I know at an early level Booyah offers a small package for 99c that includes the fire station, clock tower, some other decorations and a few bucks. Is it possible he bought several of these? |

There is one more "secret" achievement which should be market mogul but it's not listed even though I completed everything except 1,000 check-ins.

I'm at 22/24, I can see the Local Legend (1,000 check-ins) which I need to complete but I only see 23 total achievements. I don't know why they just don't list them all at once.
Besides the 10 mogul achievements there should be bronze/silver/gold for collecting from housing, businesses, check-ins, and completing jobs (12 total) and 1 for having each type of business. I'll try and take a screenshot of all the achievements later.

Thanks for posting this Oceanside! I'm sure I've hit a few of these but since I turned on GC late, I guess it started the achievements from that point on. My GC doesn't even have the remaining 12 showing... It has the 12 I've completed and then nada. So maybe I'll just keep doing what I'm doing and earn them unexpectedly.
