Haha, thanks for the new woof woof! Just what I need, another stray man....I mean dog  lol Queenie!!! I dont know what I love more, your hair or the balloons lol. I'm stealing that to use as my screen saver for the day lol. Gutted.... Woke at 6, so wanted to sleep til 8  . However it gave me an hour to wash that mutt....I mean lovely dog Melz sent me (you're too kind, really, you shouldn't have bothered, honest ....) and time to pet the dragons ;D Ok... Round one is breakfast.... Cappuccino and poached eggs on toast at my local coffee shop toast. I insist you all party, drink, dance, eat and chat all day on me. It's an open bar in celebration (yes I know it's always an open bar but the thought is there) sheshhh you're an ungrateful lot  lol Ps... Love the shoes Ams... Here's some blister plasters for later  |

Now that she went to breakfast, we were able to finish decorating the bar and brought in the DJ, who is taking request. Karaoke will be later tonight. The DJ has the list. I think Raven wanted to go first. Hmmm maybe it was Snibull?   |

Talking about letting the dogs out. Found this one in our yard and he won't go home!! Don't know who he belongs to!! Mel- I hope you can continue to care for him until you find his owners. There is a reason for everything... He must know you'll take care of him Sni it was really funny, he seemed to be quite at home, didn't want to come into the house, was happy to sit outside at the back door, but followed my husband around in the garden but wasn't comfortable when I spoke to him and ran off when I gave him a bowl of water. I didn't know where to start looking because this is a rural area and people are quite spread out. But funny thing is, all of a sudden I saw this man in our yard and he was taking the dog out by the chain that had been attached to his collar from the start. Obviously he gets tied. I spoke to the guy but he wasn't interested in talking to me, mumbled some thing and kept working, WTF? I didn't think the dog was well looked after either BTW. He had matted fur etc 😳 |

Haha Queenie... Fantastic, wow loving the champagne lol.
Quick change of clothes and back out again. POOO it's been raining but managed to avoid the showers. Going right from early dinner to the bar .... Oh dear this could get messy lol.
Thanks peeps for all the arty atmosphere, it's been fun!

Happy Birthday Jaye! Melz- That's funny the dog was nervous around you and not hubby. But that makes sense since it was a male who came and "took" him back. At least he had freedom for a while (although chain still attached)! Ams- waiting for your return Hi Raven, Dio, and Bleeping! Melzzzy, it's possible the dog had been abused. When we got our family's first dog she was afraid of my husband for no apparent reason. Then we realized she was afraid of all men and the vet confirmed that she had some scarring from injuries that were most likely not accidental. It's good thought that you were able to show him that ladies can be kind. Maybe if he gets loose again and comes back he will know he can trust you.
Ams, beautiful job decorating. We're going to have to hire you out as the official forum party planner.
