That was no time for baseball; I was in pain and suffering. I waited for my Long Island ice tea and it never made it to my hands. I wonder who drank it

I couldn't find a weight loss tips thread, so apologies in advance.
I have been riding my bike 30k every day for the last six weeks (except when it rains) and I have gained 2 kilos! It is gonna be a long time before I stop jiggling when i jog at this rate.
In other news, hokkien noodles with beef and shiitake mushrooms in hoisin sauce was delicious tonight.

Hehee Well, the exercise topic is out of my boundaries. I'm gonna have to do some research about, so I can inform myself. It sounds interesting, what do you do with it?

Exercise is actually extremely painful for me, I have a broken bone in my ankle and my surgery isn't until July. It actually caved in last week while teaching and I tumbled over in front of everyone. Profoundly embarrassing....
I can post my hokkien noodle recipe in the recipe thread if you would like, Juan. It is really easy.

Hi Roary! Welcome hmmmmm let me think ..... Ha! Kiwi dances!!!! Darn that might just be an Avatar thing! Lol I definitely remember a six pack conversation at some point! I know the women on the forum love to look at ....a well fermented six pack Raven, you are so generous to call my wiggling and jiggling "dancing". I call it "random shaking of various body parts that will occasionally fall in time to music" . Check out the avatar - just for you. Welcome Roary. No, you aren't the only exerciser, although you may be the only regular exerciser. I am a bit of a runner, when I can fit it in, although I wouldn't suggest it's anything terribly strenuous. I had been running 5-6 days a week, until I returned to work. Sadly that's down to 3-4 days a week now, although I've thrown in a couple of swimming sessions. I miss the child-free days of long weekend runs round the waterfront.
