Pretty egg, Ams. I am using both my breeding stations to try to get one.
Thanks for the info on the new island, Kech. There is value in completing the goals, as extra points, sometimes a gem, are awarded.

I'm still plugging away toward my 5 million for my eighth island. I'll get there, eventually. I can't get the new dragon and it's driving me crazy. Sweet talking my dragons hasn't worked, so I may just have to start swearing at them or remind them that they are not leaving their breeding areas until I get what I want.  |

8th island and don't know what to do with it! Maybe move my egg collection to it but that is gonna take forever to move all of them. They need some new buildings or decorations.

My plan, if I ever get 5 million + coins, is to keep my egg island where it is but move my breeding cave and nest somewhere else to make more room for the eggs. Then I can go back to organizing my habitats, maybe split my epic habitats to 2 islands. Although, I'm sure by the time I'm able to do that I'll have forgotten this plan and will have to come up with another. Especially since I will have also forgotten that I posted my plan here.

Hmm - well I do have three Olympus dragons in storage - maybe I'll move all Olympus habitats onto the island and keep as much of the natural stuff as possible for decor! Ha! Leilani! We will see who remembers now! lol |

Kech! Are you really sure about getting the xp without hatching? I don't see the xp number floating up - when I hatch to the storage then sell I see the xp points floating up! I'm just selling so many rust that I wanted to double check - when I read in DV Guide - this is what it said - Attachments:

Did you see the new dragon? Lunar Eclipse. Only around until April 30th. Sandbox has it with Mountain and Air. 48 hour breeding time. |

I'm just selling so many rust that I wanted to double check - when I read in DV Guide - this is what it said - I'm positive, raven. Been playing this game way too long not to be sure  . U get xp's when u hatch or sell ur egg. It doesn't matter. Lunar is out? Nice! |

Thanks Kech - funny cuz I had never seen the xp amount floating up - and just today I saw them just below the coin amount! Do you really think I just never saw the two amounts before!!!! Lordy - I did send a few to the hibernation cave and then sell - it was a pain And I'm down to 85m needed for my island!!!! 220m earned! Just goes to show how much has been going into food for those crowns! Sheesh! |

Raven, I'm impressed. I'm still something like 260ish million away from my island. I did get two teradiems (or whatever they are) so at least I can breed them for an egg once my second one hatches. I think I'm back to at least one of everyone of them, but playing without updating my spreadsheet for so long has created a mess. I'm just working on clearing some of those goals again until we get something new on Thursday (unless the lunar eclipse is this week's release).

Lol Leilani - I'm breeding mags and rusts and spending a few gems here and there to keep the nest full of them - I'm racking in 25-30 mil a day! I'm down to 45 mil needed now! I probably collect coin about 4 times a day - usually I only do it a couple of times!
We're you still working when your back was so bad?

WooHoo! Just in from DV Community! Exciting day in DragonVale today! 2 - Yes, 2 new dragons were released. Salamander and Coral. Come take a peak and start breeding them for your very own. Pixie Edit: seems fire+water gets both if them Coral is 9.12hrs Salamander is 7.36hrs Edit just started my 8th island ! 500m gone in a finger tap! Lol |

WTG Raven! I'm still a little over 2 million away. If I thought I had enough to get me there, I'd sell of my tiles and just replace them when I redecorate once I have the island. Maybe I'll do it anyway. I noticed that I had an exclamation point on my challenge book and that's how I discovered the new dragons. I got salamander on my first 2 tries right before bed last night. I just opened the game and had to do a little speedup to get a sun out of my nests so that I would have 2 spots for them, moved them to the nests and got a pair of corals breeding. No idea where I'll put them when they hatch, I'll have to do a little moving of some of my doubles. Maybe I should play the lottery today, I'm 4 for 4 with dragons.

Getting further and further behind on my dragons, at least the non limited ones. Still trying for that elusive diamond dragon. He refuses to visit me. Finally got the display egg on the 21st. Been going ice and mine combo in both places since day 1. Oh well at least some catch up will be next month, as I have the emerald already. Well one emerald anyway. Then on to the pearl. I don't have any of that one.

Thanks Leilanni I've gotten two salamanders but no corals - The new island is expensive to clear so still busy collecting coin! Judy I can't believe you haven't gotten a diamond yet!!!! Will keep my fingers crossed for you and send good karma!!!! |

Raven, I have started hatching my Rust dragons into a Water habitat I keep 1 dragon short since it maxes out so fast. I am getting many more XP this way, despite what Kech says.
I have easily bred 3 Salamanders. Coral is going to take time, I think. Kech pointed out that they will be here, so he is working on a dragon that is going to go away. He and I have been chatting about Hay Day on KIK Messenger. We have very different approaches about how to play. I'll post more on that thread.
