I am having 0 luck so far this month with both diamond and spring. I did get 2 silver fails which I needed, but not the ones with a deadline. Congrats to all who succeeded. By the way, I am really, really tired of sun and moon.

So sad Judy!!! Still lots of time for diamond - fingers crossed for you!!!! When is the deadline for spring? Probably till first day of summer!?!? Just keep pushing those pesky dragons into their caves! It will happen! Just know it!!!!

Is this game very, very good? I want to get it but I think I might get tired of having to breed and feed the dragons  should I get it? And what's the difference between dragon vale and dragon skies? |

I tried it based on the people in this forum talking about it and I enjoy it. It doesn't take much to play. You just have to check in a few times a day. You don't have to keep feeding the dragons. You feed them and they grow, but do not need to be fed constantly. They reach higher levels with feeding. |

Hmmm Roary - I play both - DragonVale can be addictive - the breeding and challenge to get all the dragons is fun - once you get most of the dragons and as you get to the higher levels it can get boring and repetitious - at that point you are feeding the dragons to get them to level 15 - the goal is to get gold shrines - The last goal is to get some or all dragons to level 20 to get them a crown - and basically that it the game - after that you are just waiting for new dragons to come out! It's taken me a year and I still love it - love the islands and dragons - There is another forum just dedicated to this game - called DragonVale Community. Dragon Skies - I just started this one 2 weeks ago and am enjoying it - breeding dragons as well! It is more active as you have to train your dragons to raise there level - which is like a race course - fun but can be frustrating as well  There is also a race colliseum which I've done a few times - still not sure of all the ins and outs of this game yet! Got to be honest - I enjoy gizmonauts as well - like the robots and outer space aspect |

Hi there, I have a question about gold shrines. So, I updated them to be gold. How do I know what dragons to feed to level 20?
Also, I am not sure why I need to have 50 dragons with each sign?

hmm just started dragonvale and the game said levels have increased to 45 and you can buy an additional habitat at lvl 42 and 45.
Sweet added 8th island, buy it for just a small fee of 500 million. Got a ways to go for that what with buying food for shrine grind.

Holy crap! Thx for the update, Judy. 500 mil is kinda steep tho  . I need 50 mil more til I have enough to get it....plus, not to mention the coins needed to clear the trees/rocks from that island!  . Better start saving. I was wondering what BFS had up their sleeves now that all the gem dragons are out. There u have it... Edit: it says u have to be at level 40 to get the 8th island. Makes sense, since lower level players can not possibly have that much coins saved up. |

Yaneya I've read this a couple of times! What do you mean you updated them to be gold? Didnt you just get your 50 dragons to level 15 and then they turned gold? After that its up to you which ones you want to get to level 20 (where they get the crowns) personally I like the glowing balls - so am not going to level that many up to 20 - |

Yaneya, if I read your post right, once you get 50 dragons of an element to level 15 your shrine turns gold and you can raise dragons with that element up to level 20. A hybrid dragon will count toward the shrines for all of the elements it contains. Gem and epic dragons don't count, but all the others do.

Thanks for the welcome back Raven. Sadly, I was laid up with another back injury. One of my first rules of social media and forum posts is never type if I've had anything stronger than a good cup of coffee and I was on some really strong medication. Which I actually may need to start taking again if I'm not going to care that it's taking me forever to get 500 million coins.

The only thing is I was able to pay gems to make my shrines gold. That is why I was asking why would I need to have 50 dragons of the same element. I did feed one of them to level 15 I think - it has a greed orb over the head but ran out of food. So I was wondering why I need 50 dragons of the same element to get the shrines gold. Does this mean I need to feed 50 dragons to get gold orbs? |

Yaneya all the dragons will get orbs if you feed them to level 11 - to get a gold crown you have to feed them to level 20
- are all your shrines gold? If you go to one of your dragons belonging to your gold shrine is the "max" gone that used to be there? If so then I can't see any reason why you would need to get 50 dragons.
I've got to admit I did notice that you could upgrade your shrine - that must have been in one of the upgrades - but I never tapped on it to see what it was - that must have been how you got your gold shrines!?!?! I dont know how that impacts your game?
